Hollanov lie detector interview where Ilya begs beforehand to be allowed to ask every Rose Landry comparison he’s ever been insecure about, and he totally plays it out like he’s joking (he’s not).

Shane is like no! It’s embarrassing! And this is public! And you wouldn’t make me actually do that to Rose would you? You know the answer, I’m gay!

Only Rose thinks the whole thing is hilarious and gives Shane the go ahead so there’s no real reason to resist Ilya’s begging anymore, still he holds out to the day before the interview.

“Fine! Fine! You can ask about Rose, but I get to ask about anything I want too!” And Ilya’s like yes yes of course my love. His boring Shane would hardly ask anything damning.

Fast forward to the day of the interview Shane is fondly exasperated with Ilya’s Rose questions, and Ilya is being a cocky bastard so happy with how it played out.

Until they switch sides and Shane breaks out his first question:

“Is it or is it not true that despite famously calling Scott Hunter ‘a nearly extinct fossil’ you think he’s hot?” The blood drains from Ilya’s face pretty quickly after that.

He gets so nervous all of his lies get caught, and by the end his asshole reputation is in shambles. Kip takes a video of Scott watching the interview and he laughs so hard he can’t even comment. It goes viral.

A few years Post TLG, Montreal players start going missing. The police can’t figure out why these players have seemingly vanished into thin air. They have no leads, no evidence, it’s all dead ends. The city, the organization, the league is on edge. Initially, they were worried this might be an attack on all hockey players but it seemed to be only directed at Montreal. Then, the commissioner goes missing. Vanishing without a trace. Again, the police have no leads and are left hopeless.

Whitaker always has to get tailored shirts cause one time when the day crew were invited to a medical conference, Dennis and Trin went to get him a suit at the thrift store and got a standard size that was supposed to fit him but at the end of the day when they went to get drinks his shirt was so tight at the chest the button popped out and landed on Robby's drink and even managed to splash Abbot's face who was sitting next to him , leaving Whitaker with an inappropriate amount of clivage for the situation and his jacket didn't help on covering it. after fixing their stunned expression they tried to help him fix it in a secluded corner of the room and spent like 10 minutes borderline groping and manhandling Dennis while trying to close it back up who just kept getting more blushed and flustered by the minute but gave up when they got the shirt buttoned and the missing button left a big hole in the middle like those keyhole women tops so he ended up wearing abbot's jacket cause even though it was a little too big for him at least it didn't fit him like a tent like it did when he tried Robby's . He tells trinity about it the next day and she tells him "god you realize what you sound like ? Oh no my big round chest and my waist is so tiny what's next? "My ass is too fat , my steak is too juicy, my lobster is too buttery ?"

W:" Well I kinda did rip the pants you lent me last time sorry about that"

S: "Don't worry about it but you're Lowkey complaining about clothes not fitting cause you have an hourglass figure and it gave you the attention of not one but two hot people I wish I had those kind of problems, chill out huckleberry it wasn't as embarrassing as you think it was" which helps calm his nerves.

Dennis's dad who knew Dennis was and still is a complete daddy's boy. Growing up on the farm he would follow his dad around like a lost little puppy. Helping his dad around the farm by holding this or fixing that. His dad never minded of course that was his youngest son his baby. the kid who he would lay in bed with stroking his hair until they both fell asleep. But it did make meeting Dennis's boyfriends awkward growing up, Especially now as he glared across the kitchen table at the two men eye twitching. His baby boys boyfriends.
