Classmates, teachers and friends gathered in Milton yesterday to remember 17 year old Taylor Moldvan. She is a teen girl from Craig Kielburger school who took her own life last week after viscous bullying online and at school. A Facebook group has been set up to stand up against bullying and a petition is circulating for Halton region schools to impose a zero tolerance policy against bullying.

Absense and Recent Events.

I apologize so much for not posting, you guys! But, believe me, I check this blog everyday so I am always here to answer questions or lend out some advice or even to just listen to your story. Even if this blog has been quiet, I'm still here. I promise. I was so happy to not hear many stories of suicides lately, until this morning, that is... My heart ached so much for Gabrielle Molina. She was a twelve year old living in Queens with her family, and she attended IS 109. Yesterday afternoon, her 15yr old sister, Georgia, had to break through the locked door and found her little sister hanging from a ceiling fan. Her older brother, Geonel, 21, is in the army but is flying to NY today. I cannot understand what makes people so hateful enough to torment someone to that extent; to make them take their own life. I am begging all of you to join in the fight to stop bullying. This needs to stop. Kaylee, 10, was ordered by her step-mom to don outfits she’d never usually wear for two days in a row so she would feel empathy for her victim. Another suicide. This is ridiculous. And 12yrs old, too. I don’t even care if her bullies were her age, they should be punished like adults for pushing someone far enough to not want to live anymore.

What the hell is wrong with people? This is why I hate almost everyone because shitheads like these internet trolls and bullies and just fucking imbeciles go around thinking they’re tough shit because they’re behind a computer screen.

Her bullies were twelve years old. What the fuck are their parents teaching them or exposing them to? They didn’t just come out of the womb and decide that they’re gonna be like that. If I got a hold of those twelve year olds who think they’re grown enough to be a bitch and/or asshole, then you’re grown enough to let me drop kick you without crying for your mommy, you little shits.

And I know what most people are going to tell me, “They’re just kids!” No, bitch, they’re parasites being bred to become the assholes of society. We don’t need more of that.

No. just no. We can’t sit here behind our computer screens, think about how sad it is for 30 seconds, then go back to school the next day and watch someone else go through bullying.

If you know someone who was bullied: be their friend. care.

If you see someone being bullied: tell the bully to back off. get an adult. support the victim.

We normally think a bully is someone who pushes someone around. No a bully is someone who:

talks behind someone’s back

spreads hurtful rumors

fights verbally/physically/cyber

neglects someone!

Challenge: Talk to one kid every day who’s eating lunch alone. You never know, they might have been planning to take their own life.

This may not fit your blog, or look pretty. But to me she is gorgeous. I love this girl. She goes to my school, she ALWAYS knew how to put a smile on my face. Always hands out compliments, even though she’d never receive them. She confided in me, and told me the horrible and cruel things people would say about her, even i herd them. She has every right to be upset and sad. But there are so many people that do care about her, and do love her, she just really needs to know this.
