A brain storm can help you with this first step. On a piece of paper write down "Dream Life" then nonstop for at least 5 min. list every thing that sparks in your mind. . "A dream without a plan is just a wish" Now give each dream a died line between 1 month up to 10 years. . "Where focus goes energy flows" Choose the 6 months dream goals to focus on. #2020goals . Now come with an initial actionable plan, just headlines to guide you through. Painting details at the end ⬇️ On a calm day with the narcissist. #lovebombing . I've been posting some paintings from "A Journey from Darkness to light" project for a while now and I think it's time to tell you a bit more about the project as it's unfolding. The project started from a very dark place in the journey, a place where demons run wild cross the head and you can hear each of them clearly. It felt like gates of hell opened directly to the mind 🤯 When I hit a bottomless well of depression and the suffering became unbearable I had to take an action to bring myself back alive from dead land. It started with "Unwind Painting" where I gathered all the courage left within to stand there and vent it out to the canvas. I still feel how relieving that is. It's when the magic happened, I acknowledge art as a therapy 💥 And this changed me and the rest of my life, forever. The project consists of 14 intuitive oil paintings that I worked on daily with other healing practices to deal with tremendous grief as dad passed away, I got kicked out by the narcissist I was married to and moved out of the town leaving behind 2 dogs, 7 cats and everything in between in the same month.
