First neither he nor the other eight around him could understand what this was all about. It was just the wooden plate of their dorm with its name written upon it. As you can imagine, “Cora’s Valentine” is inspired by Valentine’s Day. It will run from Feb. 14th to Feb. 16th and late entries will be accepted too (they will be reblogged till the end of February).

To participate, simply create a post about any Corazon/Roci pairing (intended in either a platonic, romantic, and/or sexual way). Anything is accepted: fanarts, fanfics, fan mixes, headcanons, analysis, edits*, collaborations, crossovers, OCs, and even self-inserts!

I’m not saying doing something about copyright infringement is bad, but at least the solution could be better!

wow… i always knew fanon was scary lol or maybe it’s just me and the huge amount of erasermic fanfics i read lol but it looks to me like eraserhead isn’t the only hero shinsou idolizes, if that contraption around his neck is anything to go by :)

at this point, i would even believe he is their adopted son.

Pro-Heroes Month! Sept, 2018

Hello! I would like to extend the invitation for many of the BNHA fandom to participate in a fun-filled, and possibly challenging, event.

When: September, 2018

Who: Everyone who would like to make content 

This can be done via any media- drawing, graphics, cosplay, fanfic, etc. 

Skill level is of no importance. Please remember to be kind to yourself and to try your best.

Why: I have noticed there has been a lot of hate and drama going around in the BNHA fandom. This is to be expected in any large fandom, but it has been growing as of late. I would like to try and spark something more positive for others who have been overwhelmed, and to have others connect who would have never been able to previously. So what better way than to praise the pro-heroes of BNHA that we respect, admire, love, and try to emulate?

BNHA 191 and how it blew my mind

Y’all, I’m so fucking excited right now! We finally have a canon double agent/spy/intelligence agent in the BNHA universe!! Listen, I never posted this before on tumblr, but I was always waiting for something like this to happen *muhahaha* I always headcanoned there to be some secret intelligence agency out there somewhere and thought it was weird that it wasn’t canon yet (I’ll create a post about my bnha secret intelligence/spy headcanons at some point later)

When I saw the spoilers today without reading the actual chapter I was really upset. I absolutely fell in love with Hawks and I felt like I totally misjudged his character, only to realize he’s more complex than I thought.

Even though I’m really worried about that bird man, here are some reasons why he’s suitable for the job – as stated by the Hero Public Safety Commission President. (That’s the woman in the first panel. Also, the panels are not in correct order)

1) He is very intelligent, (most likely) a good actor when needed and a public figure. Other people in the BNHA universe keep commenting on how they never know what he’s thinking. That guy is full of controversies. He can be like dead-serious in one moment and totally easy-going in the next. One could also think that being a public figure and working for a different cause in the shadows is impossible, but it isn’t. It’s because he’s a famous hero that he can gather much intel. The people and police both rely on him, which led to point No2.

2) He’s been aware of the Noumu problem for a long time. Possibly even before the he took on this undercover gig. In chapter 186, it is mentioned that Hawks was aware of the Noumu being a problem for a long time. He heard it from the people on the streets and the police. But there has only been rumors and no hard evidence. He’s also very aware of the panic and fear as well as dark ideologies slowly spreading among the population.

3) Hawks is a hero/good guy at heart. He has a strong notion on what it means to be a hero – he’s not in for it because of fame or money as stated. He helps people in need when he sees them (e.g. carrying an old woman’s grocery bag) and he’s doing everything he can to make the world a place where the people can live without fear. (Even if it means getting in cahoots with the League for information) Also, even though he was already in contact with the League of Villains and he was being tested whether they can trust him or not, he made sure there are no human casualties during the Noumu attack as Dabi pointed out.

I’m pretty sure he ‘picked’ Endeavor as ‘test hero’ for the Noumu, because he had faith in him and his abilities. He believed Endeavor would be able to defeat the Noumu (which he was told to be much weaker than what they encountered - Hawks was not amused) and help him carve out his place as new No.1 hero as well. Listen, that bird man just wants to live in a world, where heroes won’t have to do much work – in other words a world where there’s hardly any crime going on.

4) He would prefer to work in the shadows. As stated in chapters prior he’d rather be a lower-ranked hero, so he could do whatever he wanted to without the pressure of having the public’s eyes on him. He also said he never strived to become the No.1 hero. That’s because he is aware of his own public image and shortcomings. He knows he alone can’t ease the public’s fear and unease that was created by the League of Villains. That is why, he’d rather be Endeavor’s wingman and help him carve out his place as the new No.1 and tries to create a good and heroic image of him (remember how he said ‘this’ll definitely be huge’ after Endeavor’s pose? Also, as stated before, the Noumu was supposed to be much weaker, so that they wouldn’t have too much trouble defeating it)

5) He would go at great lengths to achieve his goals. He has this ‘I’m not taking any of your stupid shit’ attitude towards heroes and villains alike. He’s downright threatening Dabi here. Also, on another note, Endeavor is his favorite hero, someone he looks up to and greatly respects, but that still didn’t stop him from putting him at risk of being injured. He also is aware that there will be innocent bystanders getting hurt in the long run, which puts Hawks also in a spot of emotional turmoil.

Bonus:

I’m also really scared that this whole double agent gig will end badly for Hawks. I mean look at that guy! He was obviously crying! My poor baby ;A; He’s just 22 omg smh Please don’t break him. It really feels like all those theories that I read of him being like Icarus who’s flying to close to the sun will come true at this point.Please protecc that boi at all cotst TT^TT

Raspberry Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Pudding and Raspberry Filling

i guess i kinda felt inspired today? also, i’m crying cuz this is the first time something i baked didn’t go completely and horribly wrong. like how is this possible??? *get’s flashbacks from every baking disaster* even though the chocolate ganache nearly became my downfall. why is chocolate ganache such a freaking nightmare to make???! i was at the brink of despair before i put it in the fridge for nearly an hour to let it cool down. thank god it became firmer. or else i’d have had an ugly cake with no glaze lol
