It's with a random old dude I have talked to like 5 times. Also my legs have not yet fully regenerated after doing sprint intervals. So I am going to regret this, but I am also pretty excited.

I died. We did 50km and the last 5 were BAD. I should have eaten something waaaay earlier than I did. Though the rest was fine. Dude was indeed way faster than me, but he did not mind going easy. All in all I had a good time.

I’ve been on a big Jane Austen kick this year and currently reading my way through all the books! So far I’ve read Emma, Pride and Prejudice, Persuasion, and I’m almost finished with Northanger Abbey!

Pet peeve i have with a lot of fanfic: when the involved people are way too good at sex.

I know why that happens. You don't really want your porn actors to suck at porn. But sometimes I just wanna see someone absolutely fail (because of inexperience or issues) and then learn how to enjoy sex. The reylo fandom was pretty good at this. It was very easy to find fanfic where Kylo Ren started out as bad at sex.

Basically, what i am getting at is this: Why have i not yet found fanfic where littlefinger is bad at sex? You cannot tell me that Petyr Baelish had sex for fun even once in his life. Like knowing how good sex mechanically works and actually having sex that is fun and enjoyable for you and your partner are very different things.

Today was brick training day. Today was also the day where I tried the bike and run distances for the race for the first time. My goal was just to see if I can do it. Turns out: I can. I was also faster than expected, especially considering that I tried to take it easy.

It's still wild to me that regular training improves performance. I never really did a lot of competitive sports. I played tennis for like 3 years. I am ridiculously clumsy, so training basically meant that I could get myself to the point where I got on the team, but as one of the weakest players.

Today my pace for "taking it easy" was something that would have been an "i am about to die" pace a few months ago.

i love it so much when the woman in a couple is just the tiniest bit taller than the man. Ideally it looks like they are roughly the same height, until they stand next to each other and it's clear that the woman is taller. I have a painting of a situation like that. Sad that this isn't depicted in media all that often. Though thanks to game of thrones for delivering on that front.

and if you are wondering if that extends to my preferences when it comes to men in real life? absolutely. I have been taller than a bunch of them and I have looked taller than most of them.

How come people recognize Littlefingers sigil as a mocking bird? that's a shit bird to have as a symbol. like that's just a random sparrow-looking bird.

Fun Fact: I just looked up what Singvögel are called in english and it's just songbird, but they are also called passeri, which derives from the latin word for sparrow.
