Almost 4 1/2 yrs. on the market, and still no one wants this 2002 house in Ashland, OR. 2bds, 4ba, 11,084sqft, $4.5m down from $8.235k.

Maybe b/c it's practically up in the clouds w/o a thing for miles?

But, look at her. Trees, stone, greenery, and the wood in the floor simulates a river.

It's so unique. I always loved this house.

The living room areas are carpeted with the "river" in the middle.

Trees climb the walls and ceiling.

Mosaics in the Pueblo style fireplace. Look at the little hobbit door and organically shaped windows.

The large kitchen has a tree trunk island and the "river" runs under the dining room.

The modern family family room.

Main floor powder room.

Going up to the bedrooms.

Large round primary bedroom has big windows for lots of light, a mural, wood ceiling, and sculpted walls.

The dressing room.

The ensuite has lots of marble.

Have you ever seen a shower like this?

The basement is framed out, but not finished.

There's a lovely conservatory with a pool inside.

The gardens are gorgeous.

There's a lovely gate.

A mini island.

Plus a big guest house.

708 acres. No wonder there's no one around.
