@bog-body-in-training
Jason: You know I was married once.
Bruce: You were what?
Jason: Yeah back when I lived on the streets. I had a husband, his name was Danny.
Dick: Wait, this was before you died? Before Bruce took you in!? You were a child!
Jason: Yeah it was a street marriage.
Alfred: What is a street marriage Master Jason?
Jason: Well you know how gangs have control of certain areas but leave some bubbles of gray areas alone?
Steph: Of course.
Duke: Those are my favoirte shade of gray.
Jason: Aren't they the best? Anyway those gray areas are call Street Neighborhoods and you could only get one if you were A. Strong. B. Well liked by all parties or C. Married. Street marriage is a partnership far beyond romance and flowery feelings. Its more about bringing your strength together and having someone as your sworn shield. Gangs respected that.
Damian: Sworn brothers or sisters in arms are a global honor I see. Good.
Jason: Well sort of, it was still considered a marriage. Back then gay marriage wasn't legal yet so it was respected by gangs to stick it to the government but it was also a means to controll us. Danny just realized it was our best bet as two scrawny kids out on the streets.
Tim: What happen to you Street Marriage fraud husband?
Jason: One day Danny got offered a job with a big time gang. He was so excited about the extra money but when I refused to join too he filed for divorce. *Pulls up shirt* See this stab scar? That was the court being in his favor.
Bruce: He STABBED you!?
Jason: Only lightly.
Dick: How does one stab lightly!?
Damian: They do it quickly, dont twist the handle once they breach your skin and leave the knife in.
Jason: Yeah. And they don't aim for anything deadly. Anyway Danny left the gang recently and reach out to me so he's coming over for dinner-
Bruce: WHAT!? NO HE IS NOT!
Alfred: Master Bruce, I didnt raise you to be homophobic.
Jason: Yeah Bruce, this isnt how you were raised.
Damian: How shameful of you Father, to hold such prejudice when everyone at the table is a member of the LGBT community.
Dick: What? I'm not-
Damian: Everyone.
Bruce: Thats not why! Also I'm not a member of the LGBT-
Damian: Everyone
Without fail, every time a woman is talking about how she does not want to have children and never wants to be pregnant and how medical professionals, romantic interests and family members keep trying to bulldoze her decision and keep expecting her to change her mind because motherhood is something that is expected of all women and it is abhorrent to think a woman could not desire it, a random mother spawns in the comments to be like “Well, actually, you never know! I didn’t want children and then I got pregnant and I realized I love being a mama and I have five little babies now! Could happen to you! 🥰”
Sister, keep that to yourself or make your own goddamn post, you are ignoring that woman’s central concern and belittling her, you don’t even think you’re doing it. Formerly childfree women who ended up having children and loving it are like detransitioners in the sense that there is nothing inherently wrong with changing your mind about having children or realizing you were mistaken about your gender identity but immediately weaponizing your indecision to tell people that the barriers to healthcare and the violations of their bodily autonomy and the way society ignores that person’s wishes is actually okay because you were wrong. Some people do know themselves.
it also makes me doubt how happy they actually are with having the kids why do you feel the need to broadcast you've changed your mind and are happy now just be happy no need to be a missionary for making more babies those are not yours chill
Here to counter the flood of mommy comments: I've known since I was 13 that I never wanted children. I'll be 43 in August and I've had zero babies and it's awesome.
Apo and Owen comic
It's been a little over one year since I got into POW.
Thank you, Apo and Owen, for the lovely series and for allowing me to meet new creators I hadn't seen before.
I had fun testing some brushes with this, so that's cool.
You don't like New Yawk? 🗽? Bada Bing?

All the Trans Jax discourse has made me realise how many people don't view representation as something that exists to represent people to themselves and make them feel seen or validated but rather to represent us to non queers as a palatable sales pitch for why they should tolerate our existence.
As funny as Apo making Owen have a gender realization is, I also think it's funny that she did the same thing to Pearl later (ie pointing at her, saying "become a man!" and turning her into Abolish) causing known cishet Pearlescentmoon to have to say the words "I don't want to turn into a man!"
Also when she turned Sausage into Cleo she said "I don't see a man nor a woman but I see something different".
Basically Apo is exclusively trying to trans people's genders and I support her in this endeavor.
i dont know what to caption this. go my nameless martyn characters
Why would I not simply draw a circle around the dog to protect it every time. Some of these shapes well I would not even consider drawing them as they’re obviously useless. Who’s putting the dog in this situation anyway and why are the bees so angry the dog has done nothing to them. Are we provoking them to do this. It Sickens me.
It is not rage I feel, I simply have strong moral principles
"cozy bookstore" "cozy cafe with a bookshelf" "omg imagine if there was a place you could just sit and read at" we have this its called the library. you guys want to go to the library. the two college libraries near me have cafes inside and they are open to the public. people need to go to the library
Salem's city council voted unanimously to pursue a data center moratorium after residents - and a guillotine - pushed back on a $5.1 billion
Innovation happens every goddamn beautiful day in this country.

Maybe the most damming thing about Nolans odyssey is i haven’t seen a single gifset from it
These are probably the first kids he never shot on sight
It’s very funny that Hegseth spends 100 percent of his time talking about how masculine and traditional and warrior are ethos he made the military, then his band of Real Men just speed ran a nearly unprecedented military failure
"im not saying feminism is for everyone but-" the fuck? well im saying that. feminism is for everyone. yes even cishet men will benefit from feminism and cishet men should be feminists because cishet men are indeed harmed by the patriarchy; nowhere near to the extent that women are, but having a culture that is fully equal and anti-misogynist benefits everyone. have we forgotten that lifting up the disenfranchised people in society helps all of us as a collective? "im not saying that universal and unalienable human rights are for everyone but-" YES THE FUCK THEY ARE LOL
