No Standing Toilet Sound

This has to be the most annoying sound to me in this game. Like it's so OBNOXIOSLY LOUD I just want to rip my ears off everytime one of my Sims uses the toilet while standing. So I said, no more! All this does is mute the sound effect. They will still use the toilet while standing when they want. Big thanks to Smonaff. Their mod No Xylophone Sound When Peeing already muted this sound, but only that "xylophoney" one for children. I did some research on SimPe and managed to figure out how to mute it for adults aswell. So here it is, now you will never hear that freaking sound effect in any circumstance, no kids, no adults, just silent! Obviously conflicts with Smonaff's mod, because theirs is already included in mine. Credits to Smonaff for their mod, which helped me find a way to do this one.

Cat's Wrap Skirts For Males

A collab with @deedee-sims! If you can call me whining for things a collab lol.

Dee converted the alpha skirt mesh originally by Trapping for males, and I slapped CatOfEvilGenious' wrap skirt textures on it. Comes in the 16 original recolors for TM, AM, and EM, other ages are repo'd to the adult files (no standalone version this time, sorry). The meshes have appropriate morphs.

I was only interested in doing the wrap skirts for now but the original alpha skirt has a good variety of recolors and textures that will work nicely on this conversion too. Feel free to use this mesh for them!

The shoes that Dee also beautifully fitted for males are biker boots by Pixicat, converted to TS2 by @skeleton-teacup. Credit to everyone mentioned :)

I recently shared a set of 22 skins that I intend to be all the skintones I use in my game. But they wouldn't be complete without corresponding showerproof versions for my favorite custom body shapes, so here we are.

This post will give you sets of showerproof skins (see definition under the cut) of 22 skins each, for the following body shapes: • Momma Lisa F / Melodie9 Fat M • Androgyny F / Lifa's Trans M • Trans Melodie9 Fat M / Trans Momma Lisa • (more to come)

These sets are repo'd to the original 22 skins that you need to get from here (go over there for more details on the textures). If you don't have those, none of the showerproof skins will show up.

Download links below, with important info (please read and don't hesitate to ask questions if something isn't clear).

What are showerproof skins? They are skins linked to a custom body shape (or body shapes). When you give a showerproof skin to a sim, that sim will have the body shape that the skin is linked to when they are nude (taking a bath, streaking, doing ACR stuff, etc.). Showerproof skins have no effect whatsoever on clothing, because clothes use their own meshes.

Geneticized • Like the original 22 skins, the showerproof skins from this post are geneticized, except for the alien ones (which will therefore be outside of the genetic spectrum and behave like the Maxis alien skin). • Across all sets, the same skintone will have the same genetic value, indicated at the end of the file name. For example, the lightest skin always has a genetic value of 0.05, no matter which body shape it's linked to. • When two sims have a baby in game, the baby will get one of the skintones that fall in between or on the parents' skintones on the genetic spectrum. Since these showerproof skins are geneticized, the baby could get one of them, regardless of the body shapes that the parents have. Two Maxis-sized parents could have a baby who will grow up to have a fat body shape, two fat cis parents could have a baby who will grow up to have a thin trans body shape. If you've been looking for a way to determine which of your sims should be trans, this is a way to let the game decide for you.

Townified or not • For each set, you will have to choose if you want the showerproof skins to be townified or not (delete the folder you don't want). • Townified skins can appear on new townies and NPCs that spawn, non-townified skins cannot.

Further info

The standard set that these showerproof skins are repo'd to contains defaults for S1-4 + alien, which are skins #3, #7, #12, #19 and Tea Leaf's Stargazer. Therefore, skins #3, #7, #12, #19 and Tea Leaf's Stargazer from the showerproof sets are technically repo'd to your skin defaults. The ML-MFM and TrML-TrMFM versions are modified versions of showerproof skins I published here and here (they're on the same files so you can replace those with these if you wish - I recommend that you do if you use the defaults from the standard 22-skin set because then you'll get the right thumbnails and all).

All of these skins are tooltipped, have their custom thumbnails and are sortindexed so that they will appear tidily set after set in your custom skins bin. If you use other skins though, there is a chance that those will appear jumbled up with mine if their sortindex numbers happen to clash. It's only an aesthetic issue but if it bothers you, see this tutorial by Kurimas on how to change the order in which clothes appear in the CAS catalogue (it works for skins and other bodyshop content too).

Why make these skins repo-only? 1. Repo'd files = smaller files. 2. If you don't like the textures that I picked for the standard set, you can replace them with your favorites in simPE if you know how to do that and all the repo'd files will follow suit. This way you can get all the showerproof skins to have the textures that you like with much less work than if you had to edit them one by one.

This global mod removes the restriction that only family members can get pregnant on a lot and replaces it such that any eligible playable Sim can get pregnant on any lot - no more "safe sex" in the changing room / photobooth at the mall or when asked out on a date!

InTeen compatible (but doesn't need it), requires InTeen Check 2

There are several other mods out there that do the same, but also come with a lot of extra functionality/baggage.

Changes only global BHAV 0x0139 "Pregnancy - Can We Get Pregnant?" for the main functionality and fixes an InTeen related issue in 0x0378 "Pregnancy - Is Sim Young Enough?"

I did however make substantial tweaks and additions to all skins: • everyone TU-EU has the appropriate fat, normal and fit states (for the alien textures to show up as they should, please use Argon's alien and zombie fitness fix) • all elders have wrinkles, except on the alien skin (I used @simnopke's subtle wrinkles) • all toddlers have the cute toddler teeth and babies have no teeth, • teeth from Nat's, Pooklet's and Tea Leaf's skins were replaced either with ones from the Whysim skins or the ones used on @serabiet's Those Darn Skins, just because they're less bright and I like that better • all skins are compatible with sexyfeet (I just had to cover up a watermark on one of them iirc) • lowered the color temperature on Whysim BuffyHP Tan Skinblend TG (S2).

Complete previews of AU-EU faces and uncensored bodies (fat, normal and fit) are included in the download, which is why it's such a large archive (the skins themselves aren't particularly heavy, don't worry). Teens get the same textures as adults; children, toddler and babies have their own.

These skins are townified, meaning that new townies and NPCs that spawn can get them. They are also geneticized, meaning that they have genetic values that inform which skintones will be given to babies born in game. Basically babies will always get skintones that fall in between or on the skintones that their biological parents have, as is the case for the four default skintones.

You can see the genetic value that I assigned to a skin at the end its file name. Example: "1_Whysim_MiscSkinBlend32TG_0.05.package" → this skin has a genetic value of 0.05. The skins that are S1-S4 default replacements have respective genetic values of 0.1, 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9. For more info on that and to learn how to change a custom skin's genetic value, see Rikkulidea's tutorial.

If you don't want all 22 skins but just a selection, feel free to pick and choose and it won't disrupt anything when it comes to genetics (if you want to mix them with other skins however, you may want to make sure that all the genetic values really are in a sequence from lightest to darkest). If on the other hand you think 22 skins isn't enough, check you @esotheria-sims's 97 geneticized skins 💖

✨Future plans for body shapes: these here skins are regular skins linked to the standard Maxis body shapes. I will be working on showerproof skins for custom body shapes that will be repo'd to these skins, starting with Momma Lisa/Melodie9 fat male. It may take a while but in the end all 22 skins will come in showerproof versions for as many body shapes as I have the mental fortitude to do (making showerproof skins is an excruciating mix of requiring focus and discipline while being extremely tedious).

Done in collab with brilliant @episims - an alternative to colour traits version (doesn't require their traits mod but is compatible with it). Default file replaces both the rose bouquet and single rose date rewards. Both have a 'floor state' - when placed on a table etc will change into flower & vase.

Smooth talk rose replacement is a separate file and is optional.

Each default includes darker, muted red rose version for Reshade users (and anybody else) who may find lighter shade a bit eye-searing.

Pic above on the left: Epi has edited the single rose reward animation, so it's being held horizontal when Sim brings it to the door. Little card envelope shows up when flowers are placed on the ground - that's also thanks to Epi's perseverance.

*Please note that transformation to a vase only happens once, vase stays a vase when put back on the floor.

*I used 4t2 rose mesh (converted by @veranka-downloads) as a starting point to make mine, it's been modified and has new vase, leaf and texture so it's not very recognizable ;)

Date Reward Flowers by Color Traits

This mod replaces the date reward flowers with new meshes by @pforestsims, and makes the bow they come with appear in a sim’s favorite color if the sim delivering the flowers has my favorite color traits in their inventory. If the sim has more than one favorite color in their inventory, the alphabetically highest will rule the color.

The new mesh has different states for when the flowers get delivered (single laying rose/wrapped bouquet) and for being placed on a table (in a vase). After the transformation, the vase version stays even if getting moved on the floor again.

Please note that the bow appears in the gifter's favorite color, not the receiver's. This is intentional, as a sim dating multiple partners can have these rewards in a variety of colors. If the sim delivering the flowers doesn't have color traits, the bow will be red.

The roses won't change color. There are two different shades of red for them to choose from, you can only have one version at a time.

Easy Inventory Check is required and Nightlife EP is too. Conflicts with other date reward flower replacements. Any existing flower rewards on tables will update correctly upon installing the mod but those on the ground appear without the card and the bow. Just move them to a table (or any slot) to update them.

Technical info: One of the single rose animations is replaced to make it work better with the new mesh, see pforest's post here for more details. This 4t2 rose by @veranka-downloads was used as a base for the new meshes. The bouquets are 1845 / 2474 polys and the single roses 476 / 823 polys. The largest texture in the file is 256x256 and the bows are 32x128.

Updated to permit newspapers to be purchased directly when there is no till on the lot. The Sim will approach the rack, select a newspaper, pay for it and place it directly into their inventory.

Memphis Walls

I originally made these for myself and had no plans of releasing because some of the texture qualities are a bit low. But I was asked a wcif on a couple of them and I think they look alright in the game. Anyway, they're just a handful of walls, mostly in 80s/90s "Memphis" style.
