Is it bad that I think sometimes think I'm traumatized from someone yelling at me?

I remember one time a really toxic friend at school was annoying me and I just kinda had enough of his shit soo I tried to tell him why he was toxic and he just yelled in my face to shut up. Thinking about it now makes me so anxious and afraid

I cry so so badly whenever my mom is done yelling at me. It makes me wanna vomit whenever she tells at me I even start to shake from fear. I just hate being yelled at so much

it puts me in so much fear and painic from even the thought of being yelled at

But maybe I'm the problem maybe I'm too sensitive maybe I'm too dramatic idk
