Effie used to pick at her face as a kid and was always reprimanded because the scar would make her look ugly. She got better as an adult but picks at the skin of her hand instead
Effie unconsciously picked at her face around Haymitch and it started bleeding, worrying him. Effie: “Yes I know I shouldn’t do it because it will leave a scar” Haymitch: “no I’m worried because you’re bleeding and you hurt yourself”
Haymitch knows how to tie ties but likes Effie doing it for him
When haymitch finds out when Effie birthday is, he anonymously send her flowers every year. Effie knows it’s him because he’s the only one who knows her favorite flowers
They are both decent at cooking but can’t cook together because it will stress the other out. Haymitch eyes ingredients and adds stuff because vibes while Effie is strict with the recipe.
Haymitch can play guitar, and he plays it when he’s alone
After getting sober, Haymitch pulls at his hair when he’s stressed or hallucinating
This song from Silent Hill 2 is one of my favorite horror tracks of all time, so I had to see what The Last Lullaby would be like set against it, and as it turns out, the answer is creepy and heartbreaking, just like Silent Hill itself.
