“Are you alright? Did you hurt yourself?”
“....Who’re you?” Was he perchance suffering from some sort of a concussion? Because last he checked nobody was nearby when he had fallen flat on his face, which he was grateful for. But then suddenly this stranger seemed to speak up which gave the Frog reason to raise his head in surprise.
🍬”I-I’m a Pokemon too! I-I’m known as the victory Pokemon by most h-humans.” They soon arrived at the bakery. There, she led him in and to a table next to the front window. She sat down on one end and waited for the other to sit down.🍬
Victory pokemon? Well didn’t that sound like a rather fancy title to bare. Sitting down at the table while humming thoughtfully the man would almost say with an absent mind. “I think what most humans call my species of pokemon was the bubble frog or somethin’. Nothin’ special really.”

FINDING FOOD… What a difficult task this was turning out to be. She’d been wandering about for what felt like HOURS, and knowing how her master was, it was likely he was going to be getting hungry… This WASN’T enough for the two of them, if anything, it was JUST BARELY enough for him alone. Well… All that REALLY mattered was that she got enough for HIM, she could find something small for herself later– Or just wait until tomorrow, when it was likely they might move someplace else. Lavinia ponders this as she noses through the next bush, a small berry or two being plucked from the flora’s branches. Withdrawing from it, she rubs at her arms and frowns upon seeing the numerous scratches covering them, her limbs just now starting to receive small twangs of pain here and there. ❝ Mmmph– Stupid bushes... ❞ A sudden noise from nearby made her jump some, the little basket next to her feet nearly being knocked over in her haste to snatch it up– NO WAY was some stranger going to come along and bully ( or steal ) her berries away AGAIN ! Guess that now was a good time to put her BRAVE face on.

“I could be sayin’ the same for you lady!” From a distance away the Frogadier would shout back in return. This is just great, he had been right in the middle of training when a sound off in the distance distracted him. In order to satiate his curiosity the Frogadier ventured into the treeline so that way he could see what was the cause. To his surprise, the closer he got the more the Frogadier could make out what this person might be doing. It wasn’t until she called out to him though that the man jumped in surprise and had actually yelled back.

Virus huffed before pointing at the street behind him and a motorized vehicle just passing by them. Although most of the street was empty, you never know when a car or a bike comes out of no where. He waved his finger as if scolding him, putting his hand on his hip - acting even more like a mother scolding her child.
Following the direction of the finger which pointed him to what Harvey could only assume this stranger was trying to show for. The Frogadier would turn his attention back to the person. An awkward feeling coming from his gut as Harvey could maybe understand this person’s message more clearly after the visual example. “Er...sorry?” In all fairness the roads never were really that busy, so when he had stepped out into the street to read this persons text he didn’t think much of it.

“Monsieur, I don’t know where you’re trying to go, but I can tell you zat way most certainly does not lead zere…”
“Is that so? I always get so lost whenever I’m outta’ town and away from my usual routine.”
“That is still no excuse to just stop and stare, you know.”

“… I’m sorry for asking, but, ah, this place… this ‘laundromat’…”
“H… how do I wash my clothes, here…?”
“First time?” The man would say from behind his counter top. “Well don’t worry ma’am I can help ya understand.” After all, this was something he came to expect from travelers who were so young they left the house before even knowing how such a simple appliance worked. Though, perhaps given his enthusiasm the Frogadier might have been explaining far too excessively.
“Arceus, I can’t thank you enough for that. I swear, she catches wind of something that smells good, and she’s gone. Doesn’t walk too fast so I can usually catch her, but–” Baxter instantly reached out for the Teddiursa the minute the man held her out.
“I’ll thank whatever gods I can that you were able to nab her when you did. Knowing her, she’d go disturb some Combees to look for honey. Last time she did that, I had to chase off some seriously angry Beedrill.” Baxter tweaked the small bear’s nose, attempting to reprimand her before simply helping her up to perch on his shoulder.
“Dala and I both thank you, I don’t know what I’d do without her. What’s your name, kid? I want to thank you properly for finding her.”
Well, as much as Harvey might not have been all that familiar with more bear-like pokemon it was interesting enough to listen in on just how much this man knew about his own pokemon. The relationships that humans could have with them was always rather interesting to look at. Though, as the man moved on from talking about his bear, Harvey would raise a hand to try and politely gesture dismissiveness of the kind gesture. “My names Harvey, and I really don’t need thanks sir. I didn’t do all that much.”
“Well….perhaps you’ll be able to help me out sweetheart. I’m curious to know the name of the handsome man in front of me is, and perhaps if you know if he’s free later tonight for a dinner?” he asked as he gave a half smirked smile. He leaned down slightly, gently capturing the other’s chin with his index finger.
...So this wasn’t just something habitual on behalf of this stranger? These words were endearing, deliberate, and to hear such sweet talk come from such a hulking stranger for the Frogadier was honestly terrifying. “S-sir....” Come on now Harvey, he couldn’t just let this stranger completely intimidate him.
“I-i’m busy, as the p...proprietor of this business I’m responsible for openings and closings.” Most of the time that is. “I-i get off work far too late for any d-dinner.” Shakily, the Frogadier’s hand would reach up as to try and hesitantly lower the much taller mans hand from his chin.

“Need help there, love?” Groudon said as he was quick to help the other, helping the smaller of the two have a sturdier hold on the heavy object. Now it was no problem for Groudon due to his strength and his height, but he couldn’t help but chuckled a little, “It goes up here right?” He lifted the object up a shelf, hoping that it was where it went.
‘Love’?? To say that the Frogadier didn’t expect someone so enormous to be right behind him would be an understatement. Turning his head around and up at the stranger, it was while a lump formed in his throat that Harvey would croak. “Y-yea.....t-thank ya’. Can I-” Gulp. “-...help you?”
Virus smiled, softly before noticing where the other stood. Taking a few steps forward, he grasp the other’s shirt sleeve and pulled him towards the sidewalk more. After all it wasn’t safe for such a person to stand in the middle of the road where anything could happen. He looked down at the other, finally realizing their height difference. Rare it was for him to be looking at someone shorter than him, but here he was. IT was strange, despite that he gave the other a concerned yet stern look, almost as if scolding the other for being so careless. After all if anyone was going to get the pleasure of getting run over by a car it better be Virus.
Caught by surprise when the stranger had gone and drew nearer to him, only to grab the Frogadier by his sleeve and pulling him closer. It would be to admit, but in all honesty Harvey expected worse to come after being pulled to the side than a stern facial expression. “Huh?”
“What was that for?”
“Man, I always ruin my clothes when I wash ‘em,” she admitted, scratching the back of her head. Cold water, delicates… that was like, all she remembered. “So, shit, I”ll pay extra if you do them? I’d really appreciate it~”
“Y’ don’t have to pay anymore than my prices list, unless you’re feelin’ generous miss. All you have to do if you’d like me to take care of your clothes is leave em’ here and return later with proper payment.” Because who would leave almost their entire wardrobe in the care of a laundromat owner and not come back to pay for them?
“I would appreciate that.”
Vahirom honestly did not know what all these hours meant for a job but…company was nice.
“Right, then I guess we’d best head towards downtown.” Taking pause momentarily to map out in his mind which directions he’d need to go in. Harvey would lead the way until the two men reached the downtown area. “Well, this is it, see anything you’d wanna look at first?”
