If you were to ask these people why they drank large amounts of energy drinks that most of them would give early classes and long days without enough sleep as a reason and yet pretty much none of the articles about it ever mention this

I have done the last one in training and let me tell you, as long as you do it quickly, (take your opponent by surprise) it works! I’m 5 ft 1 and quite slightly built (read, small as FUCK) I have been able to take down big, bulky men over 6 ft with this.

Except, if you watch carefully, you can actually see shit move and the meat being eaten in a REALLY convincing manner,and there’s stuff like this EVERYWHERE that’s just actual magicn, so everyone thinks that he puts an insane amount of effort into each video and he comes out with them twice a week or so and they all admire his work ethic except all he does is just do something magical on camera and rambles, he doesn’t even edit the things.
