Little reminder for peeps

Cooling the body down is extremely important when dealing with heat related illnesses.

However!

If you are using a shower to cool off DO NOT jump right into the cold water. You need to start with warm water and gradually decrease the temperature. Otherwise you risk cold shock causing major strain on your cardiovascular system.

Stay cool everyone! Drink water and stay in the shade!

Echo Regression

This type of regression is classified by simple thought processes and use of words. Those who have regressed in this way often repeat certain phrases or words over and over (hence echo). Their tone may be neutral, but this is not a requirement. While regressed, they will type/write in the similar simple and echoing phrases and words. These situations are often very extreme dealing with a wide range of categories from suicide and homicide to something as simple as physical threats. These headmates do not incite the situation but rather are part of the situation. Deer prey usually represent a fawn response. They will suck up to, stick around, and obey the threat in an attempt to calm them down or make them happier. Their thoughts are that happier perpetrator means a safer herd. Headmate creatures are not often full headmates. They often take on the forms of animals or other creatures. They usually are confined to the innerworld, unable to front. However, they are usually a type of morale booster for those in headspace, providing comfort, boosting moods, and helping to liven the headspace. Others may refer to them as NPCs as well, as they usually do not have the same level of self that fully formed headmates to.
