My Apartment is a Chao Simulation
The people around me are so weird, like... really petty.
Yesterday, through the gossip mill, my mother got to know this intresting tidbit. Let me say, this actually happened.
The family who lives in the flat just below mine... there, the mother and the two sons were out of station to visit their dear family in law. The father of the family, in the government job, did not get summer vacation. Sad.
So when the man was getting ready one day to go to his job, he realized that the door of his house were jammed.
He unlocked it. Pushed, pulled, ran into it, but it didn't open. But there was a sound that came from it, quite curiously so. The sound of a metal getting slammed into wood.
It wasn't long before he realised that someone had bolted the door and locked it using a lock from the outside. It was... scary to say the least.
The man called his wife to know whether she accidentally locked the door and went on her trip, but it wasn't so. He called his neighbors to ask for help, through the gossip mill, we got to know that he got so frustrated that he was banging on his door and shouting too.
Absolutely comical, I tell you.
After a long wonder of what the hell happened, the man living in the flat beside his broke the lock somehow.
Yay.
But the culprit was still at large. They didn't know who did the mischief.
But the guy was late for his job, so he put off the investigation for a while and ran to his vehicle—
It's number plate was smashed! Both the one's at the front and at the back.
Ough.
Now...
There are CCTV camaras all around the apartment. But the culprit knew very well what they were doing. The camaras don't work. They have never worked.
But there are two suspects: the child who the children of this guy are at odds with (personally the most likelg suspect, words can't explain him), and their other neighbor his wife is at odds with—the man doesn't involve himself in the politics that is our apartment.
We don't involve ourselves either. The gossip mill knew that. She must have found us pitiful.
Because she barged into our house—yep, literally. No knock, no hello nothing. We were having lunch, our house's door was open, and she bulldozed here and began with a typical 'did you know?'
My neighbors are weird. And sometimes really violent, apparently.
Thankfully, now the talks of adding a proper functioning cctv to the apartment have began due to this incident.
I'm pretty sure they'd end at 'talks' too, unless my other neighbor, the one who live in the ground floor, starts making a mess of it.
