Day 34 to my fit journey
I haven’t kept up with my posts like I should have but I’ve been going hard. I wake up at 5:30 AM and do an intense 40 minute workout. Sometimes I run after my workout. One of the key factors in getting my body right is praying after my workout. I truly feel that what I’m going through and have been through requires a great deal of spiritual and physical strength.
