The one thing I noticed at the start of lockdown in the spring was that there were so many people out jogging, cycling, doing exercise, etc., and so many people talking about cooking from scratch and all of the other things we’re all constantly being told we’re supposed to be doing to protect our health.

We’ve wanted to do these things all along. It’s not a choice that we don’t, it’s just that nobody has any time or energy left for it after working all day.
