there is this really specific thing that very Online women of a certain age (mostly older millennials and younger gen x in my experience) who are married to a man will do where they will refer to their husbands as "Mr. (Part of My Username)"

Totally normal for a legitimate for-profit company to refuse to reclaim or stop running their products even after they're no longer being paid to do so. I'm sure it's very normal to just keep running your service for free when your contract's been terminated. Wanting to change a thing about your sex might mean you're trans, or you might think of it the same as body modification. I don't think it's my business to care which and I think it's a travesty that there are so many barriers to doing something harmless with the flesh you are born with.

I want to write about the lore regarding the guy in the third panel:

You guys are right that the guy eating food IS the dad from Crayon Shin-Chan. There is an official spin-off that is a gourmet manga starring Shin-Chan’s dad.

The silent man in the third panel is a reference to a certain artist on Pixiv who became a meme because he kept posting gay fanart of himself together with Shin-Chan’s dad, titled “Hiroshi Nohara and me”. Sadly it seems like his account is deleted now.
