Snack time :)
I started this Tuesday with a Yoga Class at 7am. I love Yoga, I do 6 times a week Ashtanga and Monday, Wednesday and Friday Iāll go to CrossFit.
I feel very well with my decision to back on track with exercise and eating well.
Snack time: skyr with almonds, hemp seeds and yellow plum :) Simple, delicious and healthy all I need to keep my focusš
Today was my second CrossFit class :) I love it ā¤ļøā¤ļø

OMG i went to my first crossfit class and it was AMAZING (and hard) ahahahha but i love it :) Iām super happy with my decision and proud becauseĀ i decided start this journey even though today is Friday :) Yes i didnāt wait for another Monday to start <3Ā
So this will happen, tomorrow iĀ“ll go to my first class of Crossfit. Yeah i know itās friday so i could wait for monday to start this adventure, but like i said in my last post i donāt want anymore wait for changes, or new year resolutions, or mondays . I did this in the past and i want break this pattern.Ā So i signed up at a Crossfit Box today and tomorrow 7am itās my first classā¦.Wish me luck :)
So this is me....this is my bodyā¦Ā I feel very uncomfortable. In the last month I have gained 2 kilos and my diet has been unhealthy. I've been eating too much sugar.Ā I'm disappointed with myself.Ā
So today, Thursday the 22nd of August I decided I wanted change and I'm not going to expect another monday to start. I decided my change was starting today. To help me keep the focus I created this account to register my path and never forgetĀ that I am able to become healthy forever.
It's 131 days to the end of the year and I want it to be the start of the biggest change in my health.Ā
