romanticize your life. i cannot stress this enough. use scented shower gel and shampoo, so you look forward to showers. go on walks and see how pretty the sky looks. notice the wildflowers on the roadside as you drive. light a candle when you get home to make your room smell good. notice & appreciate the little things in life. it won't cure your mental illness, but it'll make it easier to exist in this world.
haven’t seen this on tumblr yet, and tis the season
[caption] driver, muttering: god damnit, it’s paul. driver, at full volume: mornin’ paul! paul, cheerfully: the world will be reduced to ash! driver, muttering again: jesus christ that guy creeps me out. [/caption]
[additionally the driver is brian david gilbert, paul is a skeleton sitting on a bench with its arm sticking in the air, and the voice of paul is also brian david gilbert]
This is what I’ve been saying.

Jeff looks back at you suspiciously. Unbeknownst to you Jeff has the theory that you are an anteater. The spy vs spy-esque antics go on for 7 acts
Your boss eyes the two of you, he seems nervous while he slightly shakes in fear. The two of you have been doing nothing but suspecting each other the entire time. Yet you haven’t even suspected the fact that,
Your boss is the anteater.
I jist burst out laughing so hard holy shit 🤣
THE THIRSTY MALEX SERIES: intensely wanting one another as they breathlessly undress, all while undressing each other with their eyes, never looking away.
Reblog to make a transphobe uncomfortable eating M&M’s
They did the same with the Brown M&M
Clearly they’re together too, two happy Trans Women Lesbians.
Breaking news: terfs banned from m&ms forever
Wait if round means no nuts what about red
he’s obviously a transman you complete and utter buffoon.
The orange m&m as well
GUYS we are so blind for many years! the m&m are rainbow and the gay flag is rainbow.
They were gay all the long!
M&M says LGBT Rights!!
gay.. and trans? May I say:
rights!
I’m certain I’ve reblogged this multiple times but I’m doing it again
this is one of the best threads i’ve ever seen
Seeing the "tell that to my therapist" and "therapists don't do that" comments is infuriating. If your therapist doesn't have a treatment plan for you, if they aren't helping you find and work techniques to improve your daily life, if they aren't adjusting their approach to meet your needs, they're not doing their damn job.
Get a copy of your treatment plan. Really read it. Change what you wanna change. Add what you wanna add. Hold them accountable in the same way you would a lawyer or an architect or any other professional you hire.
It took me so long to (mostly) let go of the dr-is-authority mindset. You're paying for their expertise, but they're still working for you. Do take advantage of their education and their impartiality. Do not just accept the way they treat you if it's not what you want or need.
Therapy isn't something that's done to you. You have to take an active role for it to be effective. It's a work relationship. Which is also part of why your partner cannot be your therapist, even if they're qualified. You have to be able to be firm and, when necessary, hire someone else.
