Iâm like actually in love with him I think
I have to kill myself my dad was cleaning out my new room and I had already moved some stuff into the nightstand drawer INCLUDING my sex toys and he definitely saw those. Fuck. I have to kill myself RIGHT now.
I think the thing that gets me about The Situation is like. It would have been very easy to go âoops I forgot bisexuals existed sorry!â Which is shitty but like when you exist in your own myopic fandom bubble is understandable yknow!
But instead he in true annoying fashion started posting about how he is the victim of a homophobic hate campaign and started posting donation links. lmfao.

I have so much controversy I have to suppress every day. Every day Iâm like. Ohh I could start fights. I COULD. I could do a quarter of a backflip and wreck my shit right here on the sidewalk.
Take my terrible quiz of anguish and torment. Tell me your results and what you answered to the mass extinction question.
What character from the online horror project ChainmailChasers are you!

If I start taking ozempic will you guys still like me. I know we are pretty anti ozempic here but itâs FOR A GOOD CAUSE (ie not getting diabetes lmfao).
Once when I was in undergrad, someone described something as âproblematicâ in class and our professor was like, âThatâs cool, but âproblematicâ doesnât really mean anything. It means that the thing youâre describing has a problem, and in and of itself thatâs not bad. Art, especially, should always have problems, or else itâs not interesting and not art, either. It sounds like youâre trying to say that this is bad, but you donât want to say âbad.â Is that right?â
So from then on whenever one of us called something problematic, he would make us talk it out until we could name the âbadâ thing we were hinting at. In this particular class, 7/10 it was some type of oppression, and the remainder was like, âIâm uncomfortable because this is very new/confusing/pushing boundaries that made me feel safe.â
Once we stopped calling things âproblematicâ and stopping at that, class got way more interesting and... we all had to say, like, âthatâs racistâ or âthatâs misogynisticâ or âew capitalism grossâ out loud, which a lot of us had never done in a classroom before. Or we had to be like, âUhhh... Iâm not sure whatâs so bad?â and confront our own beliefs and that was maybe even more useful.
Anyway. Whenever I see the word problematic, I canât help but think of this professor being like, âGood starting point, now letâs get specific.â I think when we have to commit to saying âthatâs ___â it requires a lot more careful thought about the truth and impact and complexities of whatever weâre claiming. Sometimes there really is some bullshit afoot, and also sometimes itâs art, and it should be full of problems, because thatâs what art is.
break the cycle
They're adding' outdoor cat owner" and "off leash dog owner" to the DSM
People asking questions about a post generally isnât harassment however a lot of people have discovered they can frame a question as harassment and then hide behind the excuse of âjust asking for clarification.â
See also: white people asking completely unrelated and emotionally laborious questions and/or incredibly basic racism 101 stuff (all of which centers their own whiteness) on the posts of random black people and then when the black person rightfully is like can you people fuck off the white people go whoa hey I was just aksing a quastion
Why are people now saying "LARP" when they mean "poser". It's confusing.
Everyone is always parroting The Buzzword Of The Month without actually knowing what it means or where it comes from, make it stop
Kinda like how "POV" went from "(implied first person) Point Of View" to "there is a video"
I also donât like this usage of the word larp however it does make sense if u break down the vernacular I guess. Roleplay is a word which has become common place, and being a poser is âroleplayingâ as a fan without actually being a fan. LARP is a pretty natural offshoot of that I suppose and itâs catchier. Tourist was the word du jour to describe it before this but I am generally of the opinion we just need to bring back the word poser
RE POV I have no idea about that one. I suspect itâs because originally the video was supposed to be from the POV of the person recording the video, not the person watching, and somewhere it got lost in ironic translation. Like people do know what itâs supposed to mean but it has taken on a vernacular meaning on TikTok specifically to mean âa settingâ
