Just to be clear, they are not historically accurate or anything - this is just the way I see and feel the characters in my head (I know that Benedictine and Franciscan monks in the 14th century looked so much different)

They are heavily influenced by my Discworld AU and hyperfixation on Vetinari and Drumknott - but since the lore of those guys is written by me I decided that I want them to exist separately from the AU in their own separate universe.
The blue ribbons in my works are a symbol of purity and innocence (only one of 4 guys doesn't have it).
