friendly addition that if ovulation (or roughly the point where your oestrogen levels drop and progesterone starts to rise) is making you feel crazy, you might have PMDD and should get your hormone levels checked out because it isn't normal or healthy and can be an indicator that you have physical health issues related to your reproductive system. PMDD can be treated with SSRIs or hormones and will genuinely improve your life if it is handled correctly

this is not the same as saying "vaginas make people hysterical", it is about making sure people are correctly informed about their health and can separate the actual science from the misogynistic extreme interpretation
