BPD culture is having been taught as a kid that attention seeking = bad and that REAL mentally ill people don't actually WANT attention, it's only FAKERS, and so you're super hard on yourself for needing high amounts of attention and wanting to engage in risky behaviors to get that attention instead of giving yourself the space and kindness you need as a result

how I shift reality using the law of assumption ✧⁠*⁠。

first of all, I have the assumption that I just say "I'll wake up in my xxx dr" and then go straight to sleep to shift. I don't want to make shifting too complicated.

before going to sleep I affirm that I will wake up in my dr

I sleep

and boom I wake up in my dr!

I feel kinda bad using the "actually [mental illness]" tag when I'm not diagnosed. I mean I've had psychiatrists say they suspect it but I don't have a fancy government paper saying I have the brain fuckery.

Anyways people with funny government slips saying "yeah this Tumblr user is mentally ill" what do you think of self diagnosed people using the "actually _" tags?

Once when I was in the mental ward and the psychiatrist there suspected I had BPD and I asked about the symptoms because lol no internet access at the looney bin but he was lim "intense interpersonal relationships and mood swings" and I was like "moodswings yeah! But no I'm not attached to anyone"
