Drawing I made a few days back. I swear I posted this one on here but I'm not finding it in my posts, maybe it glitched out?

Anyway, Superman and lex Luthor mini comic. I recently read Lex Luthor: man of steel, it's a kinda an edgy comic overall, but I think it encapsulates the most important aspects of Lex's relationship with superman, the lengths he's willing to go to to harm him and why Luthor as a character has endured for so long pretty well.

Still, The DCAU version of Lex is still the best in my opinion (at least the superman animated series version, haven't watched the JL shows just yet)

I love scenes where Lex is naming things he hates about superman, and it sounds like praise. Bonus points if he's doing it to Clark himself (that scene in all star superman comes to mind)

I think the difference between most mainline Clark Kents and Smallville's Clark Kent is Smallville Clark hates being an alien, but most Clarks love being an alien and just hate being discriminated against. And I think that's one of the biggest issues with Smallville
