I hate when i see a post pointing out how unfairly Kali and El’s characters were treated (which is true) by the narrative as abuse victims while shitting on billy in the same breath.

Guys… the call is literally coming from inside the house. WHY would u ever say something like “even billy fucking Hargrove got more attention than Kali/El” when in reality he couldn’t even get a single mention by her sister for the entirety of s5 or a flashback during the final battle, despite giving his life for El and the others.

He was also an abuse victim who was treated unfairly by the writers AND the fandom, just like Kali. I don’t get what’s so difficult to understand about the fact that it’s not by putting abused kids against each other that you get your revenge.

This was a badly told story which didn’t favor the complicated victims AT ALL. And that’s unfortunately a fact.

love the theory about will being the one who creates the illusion of 'winning' in the end. this is what vecna could be talking about when he said will would help him one last time. the finale being full of missing puzzle pieces, mike saying the puzzle is in vecna's mind, 'i'm not vecna' / 'you sorta are', will being called an 'illusionist' in the credits... since when is he an illusionist?

LOVE bylers and how much more intellectually stimulating our story is compared to theirs. also, it's funny how we're the only ones who care about analyzing their shit—the color of mike's rug in the basement, the extras' poses, everything—even after they called us 'noise' they have to shut down once again 🤡 we're in an abusive relationship.
