Homemade baby octopus, lightly grilled and seasoned with salt, pepper, fresh rosemary, scallion, and lime. - 05/26/2014 Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds of baby octopus 1 lime 1 scallion 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 tsp of oregano 1 tsp of fresh rosemary 1 tbs of olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1. Take the baby octopus and debeak/clean them. 2. Separate the legs from the body. 3. Toss them in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. 4. While the octopus boils, prepare the marinade.

Squeeze the lemon from 3/4 of a lime

Add olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper

5. Drain the baby octopus and place in a ziplock bag with the marinade. Leave this in the fridge for approximately 1 1/2 hours. 6. Fire up the grill to a medium high heat. 7. While waiting for the grill to warm up, skewer the octopus. 8. Place the octopus on the grill for around 6 minutes on each side. 9. Take the octopus off the skewers, add remaining 1/4 of the lime juice, salt, pepper, and chopped scallions!
