First of all, this is the first Michelin-starred restaurant I've ever been to. Absolutely bomb. No words could fully describe my experience here. Appetizer - steak tartare with poblano peppers, cured jicama, and a tostada Entree - New England Hake with sweet potato, snap peas, and a coconut emulsion Dessert - carrot cake with cashews, cream cheese, and caraway ice cream
