The moment Pearl found out about botanical gardens, she planned a road trip to visit each one with Rose and whenever a new one shows up, they visit it together.
Pearl got bonus kisses when there was a butterfly garden as well.

Do you ever think about how Amethyst was never told she was not the size she was 'supposed' to be by Rose Garnet and Pearl so that she never had to feel anything lesss than perfect. So she never had to feel how they did in Homeworld.
Rose, even if she was not defective as Pink, knowing what being smaller than the other Diamonds was like. And never wanting Ame to feel small.
Whenever people claim that Rose is a bad mom, I always, always, always point to Amethyst.
I’ve always headcanoned that Rose was an Off-Color Diamond and that’s why she was especially nurturing to Amethyst. She grew up being mocked and belittled and treated like less of a person because of how small she was and not being what the Diamonds wanted her to be.
When Amethyst came into Rose’s life, i absolutely think Rose tried so hard to be the kind of mom she so desperately needed when she was growing up on Homeworld.
You will never convince me that Rose wouldn’t have absolutely done the same for Steven.
Say whatever you want, Rose was a good mom to Amethyst.

When Amethyst is lashing out in Maximum Capacity she even says that she had someone who was always there for her. And she tells Jasper Rose always told her she was perfect the way she was. That says a lot. Amethyst isn't super vulnerable but this lets us know how Rose interacted with her.
I am Hanan from Gaza, and we have three children: Lana (10 years old), Abdul Karim (7 years old), and Adam (2 years old). We lost everything we owned, everything we made, and my children lost everything beautiful in their lives. We were displaced to the southern Gaza Strip several times.
Abdul Karim is in dire need of medication and suffers from health problems.
We suffered from an abundance of contaminated and poor-quality food and drink, lived in tents, and were exposed to all kinds of experiences that nearly cost us our lives... and miraculously, we survived. It's very cold, and I feel pain as I write to you. I had to start this campaign to save myself and my family from this humanitarian disaster.
