The End: The tendrils Oliver Banks describes wrap around his body.

The Lonely: Jon's hair is entirely made out of a blue-ish green forsaken fog. It's cold to the touch and can freeze enemies.

The Web: The tendrils make a spiderweb shape on his chest.

The Eye: This one is quite clear, there's a lot of eyes along his intire body, plus a halo in the shape of an eye behind his head.

The Corruption: Spiders and other bugs fill his body, crawling out from within the cavities in his chest over his right shoulder.

The Buried: Jon holds the chain from the coffin from MAG2 in his hand, it wraps around his arm tightly, constricting it.

The Hunt: A predator's fangs grow out from his chest.

The Slaughter: The fangs are covered in blood, they can create a mouth and attack enemies by snapping at them.

The Desolation: His left hand is heavily scarred by fire, like what happened to Jon by shaking Jude Perry's hand.

The Flesh: The End's tendrils are of a fleshy consistency.

The Stranger: Unknown faces grow from within his body, always whispering statements to The Archivist.

The Spiral: A colourful tattoo-like design on his right arm. I imagine it never stops changing, flowing into different patterns.

The Dark: In between The End's tendrils are cavities of pure black abyss.

The Vast: Behind Jon manifestations of endless space can be seen.

The Extinction is not included because it’s not part of the original 14 fears, Jon never got marked by it either.
