Years go by but I will never get over:

Peeta knew what Katniss was going to do before she could complete the motion. He went from trying to kill her to not being able to let her go!!!

Peeta was still in recovery and probably didn't fully understand how he felt about Katniss. Everyone was watching Coin or Snow, but he was watching her.

Peeta knew in that moment he couldn't live without her. They each had the opportunity to let each other go but they refused.

Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark really were star crossed lovers.
