Murphy bed.
Probably my favorite job so far. This thing was a challenge to say the least. The shelves are custom built to match the rest of the house. The bed hardware came from an online store along with the best instructions, cut sheets, diagrams, and stencils I’ve seen from a kit.
Chalkboard paint finish with a magnetic base coat.
Cat house that my daughter assisted with.
I’ve been riding BMX since I was 14 I think and it’s always a pleasure to build more ramps. Here’s a 4’ quarter my dude, Tazz and I built. It’s made up of 6 sections: two 2’ kickers, two, 2’ extensions, and two 2’ boxes to support the extensions.
The different sections allow near endless possibilities. We took the two kicker sections out on the town a couple times to test their functionality and they did not disappoint.
Framing a shipping container to be used as a tiny home!
Spent the better part of a week just to rip out the old chain link fence because it was so overgrown and the base had more roots than I’d ever seen crawling through it.
Misc. wood sourced from all over, and sheet steel on top.
Filing cabinet I sanded down and repainted in Sunburst Yellow. I think the name is appropriate.
Closets, shiplap, plywood walls, and trim trim trim.
Not the best photos, but there was an awkward nook space near the back of this home that the owners wanted to utilize. So, here’s an office nook.
Unfortunately I forgot to get a finished AND clean photo, but here’s some loft storage space for RO2 Gallery in Dallas, Tx. Great art gallery owned by two wonderful people; mother and son, Susan and Jordan Roth.
Studio building I got to work on with my main dude, Edd. This was my first job working with him and the rest of that crew. Edd taught me more about busting ass and working hard than anyone else ever has. Dude is an animal.
Putting up a partition wall for a shared studio space. This was built solely to divide the space so the finished wall is what you see. Nothing fancy at all but completely functional.
Some shiplap from an apartment full gut and remodel.
Bench seat/ extra storage for the master bathroom.
Built in shelving for the library of this house in the Cedars neighborhood of Dallas, Tx.
