We all encounter people acting strange, atypical, different than normal or different from ourselves. They may be distant, grumpy, sad/depressed, angry, confused, denial, even mildly or radically out of control. They may be suffering in a way that is rarely recognized. Dealing with loss. Loss comes in many forms, loss of a freedom, loss of a habit, loss of a person, pet, or just general company or companionship. A relationship that didn't work out, or not expectations, strong emotions that aren't reciprocated, etc.. Any thing that means something to someone that they no longer have or not to the full capacity. And everyone feels it at different levels and reacts to it in different ways. The essence of it is PAIN, and lecels of pain both physically and psychologically is dealt with differently. So be compassionate try to understand, let others understand you. You may know someone experiencing loss you may be the one experiencing it that others need to understand. Control your emotions, by accepting them, help others that haven't found that control. Control comes from communication effectively communicate, effectively understand.
