Hi!! Hello!!

My name is Vic, but I also go by Wire, either is fine!

He/they pronouns, unlabeled

I'm 18 years old!! I know I may come off as younger because I'm an excitable guy (and autistic) but please keep in mind that I am technically an adult. I'm open to making friends but I'd prefer it to be people around my age.

I consider myself fluent in English but it's not my native language so apologies for any mistakes lol.

I occasionally post about other stuff but this is MOSTLY a bfdi blog.

I mostly upload my art, sometimes screenshots and random thoughts. I dabble in writing but I don't think I'm really that good at it lol (but if you want to you can take a look at my AO3 profile I have like one tengolf fic on there)

Teneight is like one of my favourite things ever so expect to see a lot of them here :3

I don't really post that often, or sometimes I'll get random spurs of motivation and upload consistently for like a week and then disappear for 3 months. Either way don't expect regular posts!!

TADC - Acceptance of Stagnation/Staying the same.

I have seen a ton of people sharing the creator's message/wish/moral for this series to be Stagnation and accepting/appreciating it. And I have never felt more seen before. As someone, who from end of middle school changed his dream job from "be a chef" to "have a regular job I don't hate, doing what I'm fairly good at, and have it allow me to spend some free time doing whatever I like" this speaks to me so much. I know that for a lot of people this is defeatist. "Just get better at this so you could reach for it" "Don't you want to at least try" "You're gonna regret it if you don't at least attempt it". But I don't want to. I don't regret not trying. In fact I feel good doing my little reading and writing and analyzing literature while eating a snack I like. Stepping out of my comfort zone is something I can do if I want to try, but I don't need to do it out of some feeling that I lack something or it's expected of me. I'm gonna feel like it on a day I wake up and I feel like it. Not as a goal, but because today is a day that I feel like I can. There are people who can be determined, or need to do something or want to change something about their environment or themself. Not everyone though. Because to some people, going home from work that was fine, and eating a donut while playing a game and going to sleep is not a gray life. It's a normal happy day. No sarcasm, no hidden depression or pain or lack of purpose. That doesn't make it worse, or gray, or meaningless. It doesn't make someone a loser. Just life, and living.
