Seeing this after speculating on the audio change in my last post makes me even more curious about the implications… in any case I don’t think we were seeing through the players eyes anymore

A few ways to interpret this bit off the top of my head:

-Dissociative flashback triggered by headcrabs

-Sweet voice (green to blue means it’s nice to meet you, blue to green means it’s time to be mean)

-The Water

-Blue gnome colors

-Brain activity (my personal favorite, I really like the idea of the game creating some kind of parasitic link with the player’s brain)

-he bluescreened

-He’s just chillin

Something to note about this moment beyond just the visual change is that I am 99% sure that Wayne edited the little discord leave call sound effect that happens to be louder than it is in the VOD.

Which indicates a disconnection issue on Wayne's end

Could just be audio balancing changes in general though but it struck me as odd that they kept the sound in at all.

Assuming that was the sound of the player disconnecting,

who's eyes are we now seeing through in this moment?

update when markiplier announced he's producing the dvd/blu-ray himself i was like cool he's personally supervising the process and then he was like no i mean i'm making them myself at my house and i imagined some kind of complicated gargantuan contraption dutifully chugging along 24/7 blowing up this man's electricity bill and then he was like

anyway if you buy an iron lung dvd/blu-ray: it was made on a printer-sized machine. at markiplier's house.
