Baked wasabi sesame almond crusted shrimp over a romaine and watercress salad. Absolutely delicious. A little time consuming, definitely not a last minute lazy pick-me-up, but worth the extra minutes. The almonds are wasabi-soy sauce flavored, blue diamond brand. Found them on sale at the store, immediately wanted to crust some seafood with them!!
