Pokemon challenges I do for every game

1: only use 6 pokemon through your entire run (that means if you want to use specific pokemon, you have to go through the game without a full team the whole time. Forces you to decide if you want a powerful team but you’ll be without a full team for a long time or a team you can make quickly but is weaker)

2: limited to pokemon introduced in the game or region. So for legends arceus for example, you’re limited to 4th gen pokemon, regional forms, new evolutions, and pokemon that can evolve into the prior criteria (Scyther is an example, but you can only evolve it into Kleavor).

3: you can’t use any pokemon type more then once. So your starter can pretty much determine what pokemon you can get. For example, in my playthrough of Legends Arceus, I used Rowlet, which starts out as a grass/flying type but who’s final evo is grass/fighting. So I’m not allowed any more grass or fighting type pokemon but I can use a flying type as the starter doesn’t stay a flying type, so Braviary or Togekiss is fair game. None of your pokemon should share a type in their final evolutions

4: in the instance of needing HMs, you are allowed basically a utility member who only exists to use HMs. They can count as a temporary member but must be switched out before major battles if possible.

And wait, are those extra arms? Oh lordy-loo that is genius. It's giving Gore Magala, if anyone here knows what that is, and between that and the actual, moving eyes on the wing pattern that can open and close makes this an absolutely fantastic design. Top marks to Fenari and her mama for this brilliant new model! Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go lie down, I think this one gave me a case of the vapors...
