wow i wonder if that 300 year gap could be explained by any outside factorsā¦ā¦.whoa! for some reason it lines up with the timeline of britainās invasion and subsequent colonization of ireland! wild, huh? i wonder if the two are connected in some way? i guess the world will never knowā¦.
āwhy do the Irish hate the English so much? It couldnāt have been *that* bad!!ā
This was in place till 1973.

a lot of the time itās more enjoyable to watch something thatās a bit campy a bit gauche a bit cringey a bit low budget where you can tell that the people who made it are passionate about it and enjoying themselves and connecting to the characters than watching something thatās high budget and ultra-professional but ultimately soulless because itās pursuing perfectionism over heart and warmth
Giambolognaās largest work, the mountain god, Appennino (1577) It sits outside of Florence, Italy.
New ceramics available hereĀ :)
āAs early as the 1920s, researchers giving IQ tests to non-Westerners realized that any test of intelligence is strongly, if subtly, imbued with cultural biases⦠Samoans, when given a test requiring them to trace a route form point A to point B, often chose not the most direct route (the ācorrectā answer), but rather the most aesthetically pleasing one. Australian aborigines find it difficult to understand why a friend would ask them to solve a difficult puzzle and not help them with it. Indeed, the assumption that one must provide answers alone, without assistance from those who are older and wiser, is a statement about the culture-bound view of intelligence. Certainly the smartest thing to do, when face with a difficult problem, is to seek the advice of more experienced relatives and friends!ā
