With the friend of a friend @tameranimals and i are trying to gather 700 usd for a Palestinian survivor who managed to escape the genocide zone, but now faces the threat of getting deported and needs help with lawyer fees extremely urgently. He has some privacy concerns so i cant share the link publicly, if you are able to donate comment under this post please and we'll forward you, you can also share with people you think could donate. You can also reach out to @tameranimals directly
he still urgently needs 500 more so he can appeal the decision and doesn’t get deported. we’ve collected 200 dollars so far, thank you so much if you’ve helped.
i've seen many of you on my dash reblog fundraisers and campaigns from palestinians, especially those that have been vetted and verified. it's a massive help for those families. but today i want to talk about the person behind the verification: mohammed ayesh @moxayesh who has done the legwork to make sure these campaigns are legit.
unfortunately his own campaign is struggling. as many of you may know, mohammed has recently gotten married! he and his wife farah are trying their best to start a new life with a fresh start. their campaign goal is $10k, of which they currently have $3211. you can donate to them on chuffed here.
i also want to mention mohammed's little brother, yaser @yaseergaza. yaser is hard of hearing and has a cochlear implant. however due to the situation in gaza, he often struggles to keep his cochlear implant charged, and he has also had to discontinue his speech therapy sessions. he is trying to raise funds so that he can continue looking after his health, and currently has $695 out of a total goal of $10k. you can donate to him on chuffed here.
mohammed has done so much for so many families in gaza. i do not want his own needs to be sidelined. if you can donate anything, please do. and even if you cannot, please do share this post so that it reaches someone who can help. thank you.
Hi Anne I don’t know if you remember but a while back I had asked you if you knew about the current operations of Gaza Soup Kitchen. I just wanted to report that I got an email from them last week or so saying that they’re still operational in Gaza and have been making hot meals for iftar this Ramadan. They included some photographs in the email, so from what I can tell they are still on the ground providing help!
That's awesome. Thank you for the update! I appreciate it. Everyone, please consider donating to Gaza Soup Kitchen as well and set your donation to be on recurring basis!
Do you know what it’s like to watch your family starve? I do.

Ten thousand people chant for Palestine in Australia, while the victim is still expected to stay silent so as not to “disturb” the world. This is not an ordinary protest; it is a moral slap in the face to everyone who chose neutrality in the face of genocide, and to every government that claims to uphold values while watching Palestinian blood spill every day without moving.
When protesters call for the arrest of war criminals and chant “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free,” they are not spreading hate as falsely claimed. They are exposing a painful truth: justice in this world is selective, and Palestinian lives are treated as less valuable.
And to those watching from afar, asking, “What can we do?”
You can do a lot but you choose not to. Helping is not charity; it is a moral duty. Silence is complicity, indifference is a position, and donating, sharing, and telling the truth are the bare minimum for a people facing annihilation. If you are not truly with us, then do not stand as an excuse for the executioner.
I hate begging people but a baby’s life depends on this. I am sorry. I wouldn't do it if it wasn't a life or death situation. @raneen21 and @aooh3 are my friends. They are in Gaza with their family. Their 1-year-old baby has very dangerous lung cancer and needs $3,000 for an operation THIS WEEK. It's possible to achieve this. Together we can do it. Please, I beg of you, don't just reblog. Donate, whatever you can.
My name is Ale Peña Gorbe, and I am raising funds for my Palestinian friend Raneen. This is her story, in her words:
Their account is vetted by @90-ghost here, by @gazavetters (#576) , and by @bilal-salah0. This Chuffed fundraiser goes directly to them; for transparency, you can dm @raneen21 or @a00h3 if you want to confirm it.
ICE abducted 10-year-old Karla Tiul Baltazar from Spokane and sent her to the same detention center as 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos. If you are able, please consider donating to support Karla's family.
as you may know, i had been managing a gofundme for @save-mohamed-family and sending him the donations for a while. gofundme shut down that campaign recently despite me sending them all the necessary documentation because ive had to send money to his friend for him to pick up due to an issue with his bank account, and gofundme isnt willing to take time to work with customers whose infrastructure has been destroyed because theyre in a genocide and war zone.
this is another campaign for mohammed and his family, so please donate if you can. there was around $2000 in donations to be transferred before they shut down my gofundme, and it really sucks that it hasnt reached him. if you donated to mohammeds old gofundme earlier you might have gotten your donations returned.

@raneen21 and @a00h3 are my friends. They live in Gaza, suffering a horrible genocide, with their lives at risk every day. Their baby has cancer and there is no treatment available in Gaza; we urgently need money to pay for the family to leave Gaza and get his life-saving treatment. Please, I'm begging you, donate to help the baby live!!

PLEASE HELP MY FRIENDS SURVIVE THIS INJUSTICE!! EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS!!
And while this is happening while people are buried under rubble, while children freeze in tents, while entire families vanish overnight powerful men sit comfortably and present plans for a “New Gaza.”
Clean slides. Perfect buildings. Investment numbers. A future imagined without the people who are currently being erased.
They talk about peace while bombs are still falling. They talk about rebuilding while destruction is ongoing. They draw maps over land that is soaked with blood and call it hope.
The ceasefire is a lie.
What’s happening is ethnic cleansing, repackaged with the language of development and diplomacy. You cannot build a “new” city by destroying the people who belong to it. You cannot promise a future while actively killing the present.
This isn’t peace. It’s violence with better branding.
Today, three journalists were killed in a single airstrike.
Not soldiers. Not fighters. Journalists. People who believed that if they kept documenting, if they kept filming, if they kept writing, the world would eventually care.
In Gaza, telling the truth has become one of the most dangerous things you can do. Holding a camera is treated like holding a weapon. Every photo risks your life. Every report could be your last.
They had names. Families. People waiting for them to come home. They were not numbers, and they were not mistakes. They were silenced because truth is inconvenient, because images expose what statements try to hide.
When journalists are killed, it’s not just lives that are lost it’s evidence. It’s memory. It’s the last barrier between reality and denial.

Donations for GAZA
This donation campaign is for ANAS family. Not for strangers, not for a cause I’m distant from but for the people who raised me, the people I love, the people I’m terrified of losing.
They are in Gaza, trying to survive something no human being should ever have to endure. Constant bombardment, displacement, hunger, fear, and the feeling that tomorrow is never guaranteed. Every day is about staying alive one more night.
If you choose to help, you are not donating to an abstract crisis. You are helping real people with names, memories, and lives that matter to me more than anything.

People who don’t know us, who owe us nothing, yet still choose to care.❤️
Tonight, my four kids are hoping that kindness reaches them again. If you can offer a little of it -> the link is in my bio. If not, a reblog is a small kindness too.
I want you to know that right now, we rely on your kindness to keep going. We stood powerless before a state backed by the strongest governments in the world. Our home was taken from us, our lives shattered, leaving us displaced, unable to travel or return to work and support ourselves again.
Please don’t ignore this truth, we truly depend on your kindness alone, because after all this destruction, they won’t allow us to stand on our own feet.
Your kindness will go a long way in helping my friend Mohammed and his family. I have been speaking with them for a long time and as we get deeper into winter, they will need all the help you can give. Please share and donate as the weather is getting colder every day.
Save the flyer above and post it on your socials. Donations have dropped significantly by 50 percent since the ‘ceasefire’ was announced, but the bombing hasn’t stopped and not enough aid has reached Gazans.
With winter here, the need for comfort is more pressing than ever.
Something happened two days ago that I still can’t believe. It brought us a kind of warmth we haven’t felt in a long time...
I wanted to share something with you today. Something that brought me a kind of happiness I have not felt in a very long time. Two days ago, I received a message that was the most beautiful thing to happen to me in two years of war in Gaza. Despite everything we are living through, it touched me in a way I did not expect. It brought joy to me, to my family, and to my children. My new friend Harlow’s words carried a power that reached our hearts and reminded us that we still matter to someone out there.
I obtained permission from my friend Harlow to share this conversation and these photos with you.
Believe me, we all need someone to mend the cracks in our hearts. We need honest words from pure-hearted people. Words that remind us of our worth and give us the strength to keep fighting in order to survive. And we are truly grateful that we survived long enough to hear such words. I wanted to share this message with you because some words have a value beyond measure, and happiness sometimes arrives in the form of a simple message that restores the spirit.
There is something else in my heart that I want to tell you. I truly love this place and all of you here. The Tumblr community holds a special place in my heart. The people here are incredibly kind, with hearts so wide and full. How is it that you help strangers like us, people who do not share your religion, your country, or any family bond with you? How remarkable are those who donated to us simply because they felt we were in need, without even speaking to us.
It was not only the kindness of that fan, nor the crowd that rose for Palestine, who were the heroes. When I watched that moment, my eyes filled with tears because I remembered all of you. You are heroes too. You have always stood with us, and we are grateful that we survived to hear such words.
How much we all need words like these... My friend Mohammed made me cry... I ask you all to support my friend Mohammed, his wife Inas, and their children... Your support is our hope for survival.
I will die. The doctor told me that even after waking up from my coma, I’m still in the danger zone. My blood level is too low because of severe malnutrition in Gaza.
Death follows me everywhere. It sits beside my bed at night, and when I wake up I’m terrified all over again. How long can a person live like this? I’m exhausted from begging strangers to save my life. Please, don’t leave me alone.
I hate the idea of even having to share someone's last pleas. It don't feel right for someone to have to beg even on the way to the grave. Nonetheless, imma share it because Aboud's family will need our help, and Aboud is still here. Let's offer him some peace during this time.
the co-founder of 'crips for esims for gaza' and disability advocate, alice wong, has died according to her twitter account.
alice's disability advocacy naturally led her to palestine solidarity as the quote from the blog post announcing 'crips for esims' illustrates:
We also recognize that everyone in Gaza is now disabled due to the massive number of deaths, new disabilities, life-threatening illnesses and destruction of medical facilities going on. Such destruction also debilitates the land, water, and air, which will impact Palestinians and all surrounding life for generations to come. We owe our kin in Palestine to throw sand on the gears of genocide with our every breath. [source: the disability visibility project]
since december 2023, crips for esims for gaza has raised well over $3.1M and bought and maintained over 5,000 esims, undoubtedly saving lives.
in the past few days there has been intense winter flooding in gaza. donate to honor alice wong's memory–to keep people connected, to give disabled people the tools to advocate for themselves, to refuse to let palestine be silenced.
Crips for eSims for Gaza is a collaboration between Jane Shi, Leah Lakshmi Piepzna-Samarasinha, and Alice Wong.
Tomorrow is the birthday of my friend Mohammed El Shaer. It's his birthday, he turns 24 and he has survived one more year of this genocide, but I can't say it's a happy birthday. Not at all. My hands are shaking as I type this because I watched a video that he sent me of the aftermath of an air strike landing right in front of his tent while he was resting with his friends. I might post it later as evidence of the zionist genocidal crimes against Palestinians. I don't know yet. One of his friends died in front of his eyes upon impact. All the others were seriously injured.
Please, I beg of you to help him. I can't bear to hear these stories from him anymore. I want him and his remaining family out of there.
