You do not owe anyone on this website an argument. You don't. Anyone who tells you that you do is a liar and is trying to lure you into a screaming match.

Alot of internet arguments turn into people just screaming at the void and not really listening or learning from eachother. You don't have to do that and you are allowed to block people who try.

You curate your online experience. If making that and safe and happy place means blocking people who just want to yell at you about how they are right and you are wrong, then do it.

I do it all the time and will continue to do it. You are allowed to keep people who you veiw as detrimental to your internet experience out.

1. 8 techs=suspension is the rule, for everyone. She didn't get some special extension or number that was higher than other players.

2. It wasn't a tech, she came down off balance and accidentally bumped into the ref. It was a shit call. Anyone with eyes can see that.

3. It is literally the league's job to look into these calls especially if a player/team asks them too. Reffs are not infallible. They make bad calls all the time. They also make good calls and give techs that are deserved. This was not one of them. Its not "inequality" just because you don't like the player.

1. I never said the rules were different for her. I meant that her behavior is so egregious that she should’ve been suspended for other things before.

2. Paige has gotten techs for clapping before. The fact that CC has touched the refs before and hasn’t gotten techs just shows her privilege.

Well, i didn't bring up paige and am unsure what she has to do with this conversation other than she's also a wnba player and you're a stan. I love paige. Shes great. Shes also not what we were tlaking about.

Any player getting a tech on that is bullshit. Players i dont like getting a tech on that would be bullshit. Just like players getting a tech for clapping is bullshit.

You not liking Caitlin Clark does not mean that the tech was a reasonable call. And i have yet to see any of the inequality that you keep claiming this situation highlights.

The ref was in the wrong, simple as that.

Caitlin Clark has, to my knowledge, not done anything warrenting a suspension. If you can find a specific incident (on or off the court) in which you believe she acted in a manner in which a suspension would have been the appropriate response (not that i expect you to have any sort of clear judgment on that) then by all means, share with the world. And remember, if you think Paige would have been justified in doing it int the same set of circumstances but not Caitlin, then it doesn't count.

Also, im not sure how old you are, but clearly you are not mature enough to have learned the lesson that things, people and choices made that you dont like or disagree with are not inherently morally wrong or corrupt. Something is not unfair because your favorite is not who people are talking about. A call is not automatucally bad because it goes against your team. You seem to be struggling with understanding that personal preference does not equal virtue.

I hope you do some deep self introspection on that last point, even though I know you probably wont.
