For now
You worry on your appearance
• 11AM-8PM (10hour fast)
• If you have to eat with family take away 3-4 hours
• sleep 11PM-6AM
• brush your teeth (duh)
Wash face, change clothes, make bed, make tea/coffee, take a shower/wash hair, put lotion on, etc
• drink 1 ½ bottles of water
• workout AM
25 squads, 50 sit ups, 25 push ups, 25 leg lifts each leg, 20 elbow to knee crunches, 30 second plank x2
If you fail to do one, you do it again (it has to be perfect!)
• run for two hours (until 9AM) you want to be the best runner, you have so much care for this, for how people will treat you, for that grade.
By 9AM you will be running for your supplies at home and running to school…(probably late!)
• always keep 3 bottles of water in your backpack and refill on lunch.
• ALWAYS walk home from school at lunch!
YOU DO NOT WANT to interact with a room full of people eating and you aren’t, unless you need water from there but you won’t 😄
• At lunch you run, there, back, there, back! (I swear if you didn’t make it)
• DISMISSED
DO NOT TAKE THE BUS!!⚠️💢
Unless someone gets suspicious, mother is REALLY in need, time is running out.
• After school WALK back, if people from school see that you’re running everyone will see the fat jiggling, PLUS they’ll get suspicious.
If people know that you’ve been on a diet in the first place they’ll think you’re not eating anymore!! (That’s if they get/are concerned 🙄)
• While the bus is still running, read anything, do your homework, laundry, clean up, write a poem, etc for an hour.
• do yoga for 30 mins
• now is the time you can relax
• If mother is there, YOU STAY NO MATTER WHAT! try avoid lying to her also…
• Take a shower, if mother offers you food (after the shower ofc) decline it or ACT like you’re interested, and kindly decline the offer
because….
It’s too sweet, you don’t like the texture in your mouth, you don’t like it, you already ate, I wish I can add on..
• walk to the cemetery and gaze through the sky, lose time…until 7PM
• run to “that” spot and go back home, repeat😅
• do yoga
• do homework, you will ALWAYS have homework to do, meaning you should have a little free time in your space!
• you should ALWAYS have 50$+ hidden somewhere
• wash face, night clothes, WORKOUT
50 squads, 25 sit ups, 25 push ups, 50 crunches, 50 heel touch, 30 second plank, 25 russian twist x2? (Depends, did you not eat?)
