Is the black hole really just the dark sign from dark souls?
I love libraries
So one thing I noticed
It’s something so small, and such a minor detail but I absolutely adore and commend Pixar in the slight change in Violet’s hairstyle.
Seeing the lack of confidence expressed by her black curtain of hair covering majority of her face:
To the hair we have in the Incredibles 2 movie:
Is a beautiful change to her character. I don’t know, I really enjoyed Violet in this movie. She’s, in a sense, quite relatable. Well, as relatable as a teen going through puberty with the addition of superpowers can be (which in a similar vein, her powers are by far my most favourite).
This and also the fact that this scene was the most connected I have personally EVER felt with an animated character. A massive de ja vu moment, followed by her embarrassed blush and choking tears really did it for me.
So uh yeah, thanks Pixar. That was absolutely brilliant.
So yeah, still crying from Infinity War (ty Marvel). And y’all I am tearing myself apart when I remember that Peter felt himself fucking DYING because of his Spidey sense.
And then it got worse. It got SO much worse.
Watched Homecoming after because I torture myself by emotionally draining myself and-
And then I realised Peter’s last words.
He KNEW he was dying from his God damn SPIDEY SENSE yeah? And he KNEW this would be on Stark’s conscience. In his mind he failed him, and in his last moments he just wanted Tony to know how sorry he was.
I just want my Father and Son to be happy, why Marvel.
Edit: Been crying to my best friend about it and he just told me that the Expo kid from Iron Man 2 was Peter fucking Parker. It’s literally Canon approved.
The idea of Peter failing him is immensely worse now. IT IS WORSE BECAUSE HE HAS HAD THIS MAN AS A ROLE MODEL SINCE HE WAS A CHILD.
This boy has been RAISED with how heroic and how much of a role model Tony is. How would this not be something a child would not want to live up to their whole entire life? Not only that, the lack of a father figure (Uncle Ben) would be easily filled by none other than Tony Stark; the rich and intelligent man who has made badass robot suits and has kicked ass. Oh and that’s right, a man WHO ALSO SAVED HIM AS A CHILD.
So imagine how Peter has been for the past two years since Stark recruited him as the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man. He wants to make him proud, make Stark know that it was not a mistake.
All he would want is to be as cool or as smart as Iron Man -
A hero.
His hero.
Like, honestly guys. This is not just throwaway role model figure.
What does this kid do when facing something as fucked up as death?
He turns to his hero.
I’m so so sorry in advance.
INFINITY WAR SPOILER WARNING
Reminder that I lost my soul on Wednesday
So here is a commission of an rp moment between another player and I. He was a fire genasi sorcerer named Blaize and I was a forest gnome rogue named El’lya. My character brought him into the same orphanage she was in when she stumbled upon him in the trade district of Calimport at a young age. These were characters from two campaigns ago but it is still one of our favourite PC bonds we’ve had. And all the credit to my amazing and talented friend Lisa, and you should TOTALLY check it out for more of her unimaginable creativity at @vaimetanyx ❤️
