JKR has clarified in book that use of Felix Felic often can backfire on the user. It was also likened to a drug.
In that same book, Albus understands and passes on that someone conceived under the impact of a love potion is themselves incapable of love.
What about if someone is conceived under Felix Felic? What about someone who’s mother abused it while pregnant? Would the children be born lucky? Unlucky? Or would it be like Harry, where good or bad, he’s the center of innumerable heavy impact events that are wholly improbable on their own, not to mention the likelihood of multiple events occurring with such frequency to the same person?

My hot yoga journey has only been going on for two weeks but so far I've learned:
1) exercising daily helps me, like a lot, with my anxiety and depression
2) actually signing up for a class makes me feel accountable for actually attending
3) holy crap, it's hot in there, I sweaty A LOT
4) there's almost always guys in class because this exercise, while female dominated, is HARD, and everyone/anyone can benefit
5) I wouldn't say body positivity, so much as body acceptance. Everyone sweats, and it's just not realistic to always wear a shirt. Neither guys or girls wear shirts in 90% of classes
6) water. Omg the water. I drink more, and I'm less inclined to drink like anything else
My first day of hot yoga... 🔯
Holy crap that was exhausting and invigorating. How tf is that possible? I think I drank a gallon of water today too 💦
I started doing hot yoga two weeks ago, and wow the first day was ridiculously hard .w.
Why is no-one pissed off at Rhiana y'all? She was in that song too, she profited off of it.

My thoughts on this Eminem thing:
This song came out in 2010, 11 years ago. It isn't as if he came out with it just now. Don't like it, don't listen.
I realize others may hear this song even if you don't listen. This song doesn't perpetuate the idea that you should like people/houses on fire, just like any other rap doesn't perpetuate the idea off shooting people realistically.
Songs and other forms of artistic expression are to express feelings, weather that feeling is horny, angry, pride, whatever. This dude has been an angry fucker his whole career.
Pollock wasn't advocating for the canning industry with his painting of a can of tomato soup. He was just high af. Eminem is angry and expressed that with an angry af song.
That being said, good job to those who were yelling to cancel Eminem (rather than just one song lol) because it just made people remember this dude. He was out of sight and out of mind for some people (myself included) and this whole thing just boosted his sales.
I almost exclusively use streaming through Amazon but I went out of my way to download a few more of his songs the other day, though not Tone Deaf. While funny, and a cool video, I'm not gonna but it on iTunes to listen to offline.
you can’t support autistic people and support the police. No amount of paint jobs or sensitivity training can stop police from killing with impunity
Not to mention use of the puzzle piece, a known sign used by Auti$m $peaks and doesnt communicate any comradere to autistic people REGARDLESS of anything else. Failed step 1 which was dont kill people in cold blood and somehow managed to only dig further
There are additions available to designate the holder of an ID as autistic, to protect them from police. Why the hell would anyone who supports the Neuro Diverse county, also support police?
That’s why we keep getting hacked lmao
its because schools are so caught up in violating students every rights to privacy that they are blatently disregarding thoes same kids safety. zoom allowes you to track eye movements. mousepad/mouse movemenst. the browser activitiy of the user. its horrifying and dare i fucking say litteral motherfucking spyware. its not a app its a fucking virus. its so horrifically easy to guess every facet of zoom that im guessing that schools just looked at the violation features and took them in without a second throught or trial. they disregard better functioning programs like discord because they are horrified that thoes programs would give students a sliver of privacy their instistance on using zoom is a very clear direct cause of schools horrific obsession with micromanageing every single facet of a students life. report the fucking app. get it taken down
If you have to use Zoom, your best bet is to run it from the browser. The Zoom website will try to get you to use the app, but if you keep declining that, it will use its browser-based interface. Since browsers have much better security, they’re unable to do any kind of persistent monitoring and have almost no access to system activities. When you close the tab, you can be assured that it isn’t running.

^^^^^^^ REBLOG THIS VERSION TOO
Re blogging for that work around at the end
I'm so sick of every wanna be social justice warrior attacking shows, movies, books, etc with children characters. Children have personalities and rich inner lives and by turning every form of entertainment into a euphemism for pedophilia, we ignore ACTUAL pedophiles.
Pedophilia is wrong. Entertainment with children as characters, is not pedophilia. Children are allowed to do what makes them happy whether that means making friends with children of another gender, making friends with children of the same gender, exploring their identity, or going on adventures.
Deviating from the perceived cis-hetero-normative culture doesn't mean they need you to come in on your high horse and 'save' them, because by doing that, you turn their identity into sexual objectification.
I've seen Cuties, a French film about a Muslim girl who escapes an abusive home by making friends and joining a performing dance group, and Owl House, an animated show about a 16 year old who, without magic, pursues her dreams of magic by apprenticing under a witch with a demon roommate, both criticized for the sexualization of children.
Please stop turning shows about personal growth into sex. It demeans the growth the characters go through, and the growth the authors go through to put this into the world.
If a 16 year old identifies as bisexual, that doesn't make her a sex object, in the same way that a heterosexual teen isn't a sex object.
Twerking, while not my personal favorite dance method, is recognized as a dance enough for there to be competitions validating its existence, just like ballet and hip hop. And if a 12 year old can use it to get away from abuse, well nothing in the trailer that I saw even included men really, so who is she getting it on with? Stop sexualizing kids, stop sexualizing what they do, and stop sexualizing who they are.
By sexualizing everything about kids, all you're doing is making the kids into sex objects and that's pedophilia.
As a personal victim, I'm sick to death of the sexualization shit going on in the media and social media right now. Pay attention to the actual children in your lives, and protect them, instead of sexualizing children yourselves.

"I don't think people understand.
This is NYC right now. Day 30. In a row.
The #BlackLivesMatter movement is just getting started."
[Video Description: a very large parade of masked protesters changing and cheering. One of the more distinguishable chants from the crowd is "I believe that we are one!" End ID]
The dwindling amount of videos and media coverage of protests is honestly worrying to me. In my opinion, protesters, especially Black protesters, are more at risk because of this. Cops tend to act up and hurt people less if they know they're being filmed and especially if they know that a lot of people are filiming. But I worry that as soon as they feel no one is looking/not enough people are looking, they'll start shooting us, and this time, it won't be with """rubber""" bullets and tear gas.
Document everything, y'all. Don't let them think we aren't watching. Don't let them feel safe enough to kill us.
As of today (7/7/2020) PromotePositivityMovement in Atlanta has been protesting for 40 straight days at the Olympic Rings in Centennial Park.
On Saturday alone I attended 4 protests in a row. And that was 4 out of many.
Protests are still happening, daily, but unless they're "exciting," they're not on the news.
Exactly! If cops can stop at burger king for the white murderer on the way in, then why tf can't they at least not kill the black suspects?
