Before the war, we lived a simple, peaceful life in Gaza. My wife and I were raising our six children—four boys, one girl, and our baby daughter who had not yet turned one. Our home was small, but it was full of laughter, warmth, and love. 🏡❤️
Then, in a single moment, everything was gone.
Airstrikes destroyed our home. The walls that once protected my children turned into rubble. I still remember the sound… the fear in their eyes… the way they held onto me as we ran for our lives. I couldn’t take anything with me—only my family. 😢💥
Now, we live in a fragile tent in a refugee camp. ⛺
The cold does not wait. The wind enters from every side. At night, my children cannot sleep—not because of noise, but because of hunger. My baby daughter cries in my arms, and I have nothing to give her. No milk. No warmth. Only empty hands and a broken heart. 🥶👶💔
As a father, this is the deepest pain—to see your children suffer and feel helpless.
Every day is a battle. I search for food. I try to keep our tent standing. I try to protect my children from sickness, fear, and despair. I am doing everything I can… but it is not enough. 😔

Hello, my friend Yasha has been going through a lot and requires regular therapy and psychiatric monitoring to stay functional. She also needs to save up for university tuition for the coming school year and to move out of a distressing household. Neither I nor she can offer commissions right now but any little bit helps.
One therapy session costs 45$, she needs around 400$ for the tuition and around the same for the first round of rent + bills. It's a lot to ask but her family is struggling. For anybody not caught up: Tennessee just passed a new map that pretty much makes it so black neighborhoods have no power in local votes. Two things about this. While protestors were chanting "No Jim Crow", white Tennessee lawmakers were caught laughing on video. On top of this, Representative Justin Pearson and his brother KeShaun Pearson were arrested for trying to give their takes on the matter (which is not only their legal right but literally his job). If you give a shit about black people, help fight this. We can't allow a return to Jim Crow.

Additional information: State lawmakers have been gunning for Pearson and Jones nearly their entire terms. Most notably, in 2023, the House expelled them for participating in a protest at the Capitol. Their districts had to have special elections to have them reinstated.
Pearson is one of the plaintiffs of a lawsuit seeking an injunction against the redistricting.
The city most affected by the redistricting is Memphis, where locals are fighting against xAI's data center, which has been operating with very little oversight and is poisoning the people who live there. Here is a previous post on that with more information and more sources.
