They are already selling data to midjourney, and it's very likely your work is already being used to train their models because you have to OPT OUT of this, not opt in. Very scummy of them to roll this out unannounced.

login in on desktop, it's not available on mobile yet

click "Account"

click on your blog

go to "Blog Settings"

go to "Visibility"

Scroll down to the bottom option

turn the toggle ON, not off

you will have to do this individually for each sideblog you have too, no way to do it for each account in one go

Hey just in case this isn't clear, they're still going to sell your data if you opt out and probably already have, as it says above:

there's also talk that they can't competently gather data in a manner that preserves any of your privacy. so far, this includes anything you've ever deleted and unanswered asks and private asks:

so yeah. i know that this is being done as a last ditch maneuver to make some money out of this website but this was frankly the most disgusting way to do it, and sending midjourney and openai our deleted and private information in addition to everything else is vile. i have zero trust and zero faith that this company will do anything to actually comply with your opt out or to preserve even a facsimile of your privacy given the absolute debacle they've made of it so far. i guess we can literally do nothing about it. this company has lost any of my goodwill.

in which kaveh got taken in by eremites when his father took him to a small exploration to the desert he begged to join; they got into an accident and his father died while protecting kaveh from harm. later he was found by some eremites who took him in and raised him

[years and the archon quest later] aether is out on a trip to some ruins and asked haitham to join him for help (and translations) - out of interest and as a good excuse to escape his acting grand sage duties for a bit he joins. they meet this strange, golden haired eremite who got them out of danger just in time and offers his services as a guide through the desert to their destination, so they end up traveling together

and ofc haitham and kaveh get closer and closer to each other, first time for both of them to feel smth like this so i guess the desert/ruins is not the only thing they be exploring

this idea came thanks to some person on twitter commenting on my eremite haitham doodle smth about eremites haitham and kaveh (as the dendro dancer iirc) and so i had eremite kaveh stuck in my mind for some days now

i just let haitham stay the scholar that he is as a fun reference to my eremite haitham doodle in which kaveh daydreamed about the "forbidden lovestory between a merc and a scholar" akjcsbjk
