Intro

About me - I'm trans (enby boy), disabled, queer in several ways... White and perisex though. This includes being politically non monogamous.

My pronouns are it/he.

I am an adult, but I'm cool interacting with youth in safe ways. My blog may have the occasional artistic nudity (think ancient Greek statues). Not outright nsft though.

You can call me Pseudanor (after Dionysus' based epithet).

I considered myself a hellenic polytheist from around mid 2023 (probably earlier, but I have memory issues) to beginning 2026, but now I consider myself an eclectic polytheist focusing on hellenic Gods. I am considering adding hindu Gods to my practice but I haven't decided for sure yet.

I will post mainly about hellenic polytheism, queer issues, ableism and basically anything else I find important, so this may be a bit varied — I have a difficulty to stay "on topic" (neurodivergency?). In the start I also posted about different kinds of divination that I was learning about (tarot, astrology, bibliomancy, astragalomancy, pendulum divination...), but I've been a bit disconnected from that because I haven't had time to study.

I will post in English, but occasionally share posts in Portuguese or French. If you're interested in a translation for anything I share you may ask, and I'll do it if I have the time.

Fantasy setting where every species of animal has One Fucked Up Trick exactly like in medieval bestiaries (e.g., panthers hypnotising their prey with sweet breath, pelicans reviving the dead with their willingly shed blood, etc.), except these are actually learned magic spells passed down from parent to offspring, so different populations of the same animal in different regions might have a different spell.

(If a species is domesticated you can teach it any spell you want, as long as you start 'em young enough; every breed of dog has a different "standard" spell, and knowing the "wrong" one is considered both a grave departure from breed standards and a potential violation of animal husbandry ethics.)

I miss when ads were a single click and then they’re gone. Now every ad has a minimum of three phases where you watch a video, exit the still frame of fake gameplay, and then exit the app download. You should be able to add anyone you want on your health insurance plan.

You should be able to sponsor the visa of anyone you choose to move to your home country.

You should be able to name anyone you choose as the legal-from-birth legal coparent of any child you give birth to.

You should be able to apply for student aid on your own at any age.

And yes, yes, ideally healthcare and college should be free, international migration should be unrestricted, and the entire concept of legal parenthood should be rewritten from the ground up. But right now we're talking about marriage benefits.

Hey does anyone remember when a transgender adult man with cerebral palsy got top surgery of his own accord and then posted about it in celebration, and then transphobes:

Lied and said he was non-verbal

Lied and said he was incapable of communication

Lied and said he had not gotten the surgery of his own accord

Lied and said his "guardians decided [he] was trans"

Got MGT to call a procedure done on a consenting adult "criminal" just because he had cerebral palsy

Mass reported his video and his account, which he ran, until facebook terminated his account for "child exploitation" despite it being his account, him being an adult, and him not being exploited

Ableism and transphobia are inseperable. Just like ableism was used to prop up bigotry throughout history, now it is being used to deny transgender people bodily autonomy the same way it is used to deny disabled people bodily autonomy. It's not a coincidence that so much of the rights transphobic rhetoric is focused on labelling us as "mentally ill". They don't think any disabled people, let alone mentally ill people should have independence or liberation.
