Zabrudi

- Tehát Málnás? Málnás Zabrudi?

- Majdnem jó, de mindegy. A számlát, legyen szíves.

Malnasz Zabrudi több mint 20 éve élt Budapesten, de néha még mindig felidegesítette, ha túl sokat rugóztak a nevén. A nyugat-pomerániai Wierzchowo falu környékén a Zabrudi egészen gyakori vezetéknév, és önmagában még magyar nyelvterületen sem hangzott volna ennyire hülyén, de a Malnasz keresztnévvel a szülei tényleg keresztbe tettek neki. Persze ők nem tudhatták, hogy 22 évesen beleszeret Erzsibe, miatta Budapestre költözik, csinálnak két gyereket, aztán elválnak, de három évvel később Erzsit elüti egy troli a Keletinél, úgyhogy Filip és Marcin mégis az apjukkal maradnak, Malnasz pedig úgy dönt, a családnak jobb Budapesten, mint Lengyelországban. A gyerekek legalább addigra felvették az anyjuk leánykori nevét, így ők már nem ifjú Zabrudikként rótták a magyar főváros utcáit, amikor az a kurva Cornexi piacra dobott egy Zabrudi nevű zabszeletet.

Malnasz a Rákóczi úti Roniba ugrott be egy kóláért, amikor először látott zabrudit. Odalépett a polchoz, és sorban elkezdte leszedegetni a zabszeleteket, hogy lássa, milyen ízesítésekben árulják. Az epres és a csokis után pedig jött is: málnás zabrudi. Hármat vett, egyet magának, egyet-egyet a gyerekeknek, este oda is adta nekik, miután hazajöttek a gimiből. Röhögtek.

- Apa, tök jól beszélsz magyarul, állampolgár vagy, változtasd már meg a neved végre - noszogatták. Nem értettek semmit, hiszen sosem voltak igazi Zabrudik.

- Teljesen mindegy, hogy hívják az embert - hajtogatta, ahogy ilyenkor szokta. Persze tudta, hogy a helyzet némileg mindenképp meg fog változni azzal, hogy megjelent a boltokban a málnás zabrudi.

Valószínűleg most a Media Markt pénztárosának sem esett volna le ennyire hamar, hogy a neve nem egyszerűen idegen hangzású, hanem magyarul is jelent valami hülyeséget, ha nem létezne a Cornexi zabszelete. Mindegy, ez van.

Malnasz fogta a nagyméretű bluetooth-os hangfalat (karácsonyi ajándék lesz a gyerekeknek), kisétált a Media Marktból és az ünnepekre készülődő Aréna Pláza vásárlóit kerülgetve a garázsba indult az autójához.

Hiába élt már kicsit többet Budapesten, mint Lengyelországban, sosem tudta igazán otthon érezni magát itt. 6-7 éve jutott eszébe, hogy a budapestiek olyanok, mintha rejtegetnének valamit, és azóta ez a gondolat újra és újra felbukkant az agyában. Mintha mindenki be lenne avatva valami sötét titokba, és összekacsintanának a külföldiek háta mögött. Mintha mindenki tudná, hogy éjjelente vámpírok járkálnak az Andrássy úton, és boszorkányok laknak a VIII. kerület kivilágítatlan kapualjain túl. Akárhányszor, amikor valaki az elmúlt évtizedekben ránézett egy budapesti utcán, az volt az érzése, hogy az illető többet tud nála a világ működéséről, az igazán jelentős dolgoktól. Akárhányszor, amikor valaki az arcába húzta a kapucniját, úgy tűnt, mintha előle rejtőzne. Malnasz néha úgy érezte, még a gyerekei is ismerik a nagy budapesti titkot, amibe őt senki nem hajlandó beavatni.

Persze nagyon őt sem kell félteni, egy titka azért neki is van.

Betette a hangfalat a csomagtartóba, szikét vett elő, és óvatosan felvágta a ragasztást a dobozon. A hangfal mellett ott volt a pisztoly, pontosan a megbeszéltek szerint. Zabrudinak ezzel a pisztollyal kábé két óra múlva a II. kerületi Verecke úton kell megölnie egy 57 éves grúz férfit, és valószínűleg a testőrét is. Kellemetlen ügy, rég nem vállalt ilyen komoly célpontot, ebbe is inkább csak belecsöppent. Persze jól fizet, szóval miért ne. A tehetsége megvan hozzá, ehhez semmi kétség sem fér. Az elmúlt 14 évben több mint 30 megbízást teljesített Budapest mellett Bécsben, Pozsonyban, Kassán, Varsóban, Prágában, Harkovban és Szófiában, és nemhogy nem bukott le, de soha még csak ki sem kérdezte a rendőrség.

Malnasz a csepeli Jó Szerencsét úton lévő telekre hajtott. Még a gyerekei sem tudtak a Kavicsos-tó partján álló faházról, pedig tökéletes lett volna családi nyaralónak is. Autót cserélt, a szürke Opel Corsával a Verecke út felé vette az irányt. Beállt a feltűnésmentes, de könnyen megközelíthető parkolóhelyre, amit már hetekkel ezelőtt kiválasztott, bezárta az autót, majd elindult az Árpád-kilátó felé. Úgy tervezte, onnan sétál majd lefelé, amikor megérkezik a grúz Range Roverje, és még a kapubejáróban elintézi őket. A kilátó felé tartva hátranézett a kivilágított Budapestre, ebből a szögből mindig lenyűgözte a látvány. Innen nézve talán nincs is ennél szebb város.

Ezen mosolygott, amikor eszébe jutott, hogy a pisztolyt az autóban felejtette. Soha életében nem hibázott még ekkorát, de szerencsére még épp volt elég ideje leszaladni a kocsihoz. Az első lépésnél csúszott ki alóla a lába, elterült a lefagyott aszfalton. HHH - ugrott be neki: halmozottan hátrányos helyzet, hibát hibára halmoz, Heil Hitler. Érdekes azért ez a magyar nyelv. Ahogy a földre nyekkent, óriási reccsenést hallott a tarkója felől, felállni már képtelen volt. Utoljára arra gondolt, hogy Budapest ma újabb titokkal lesz szegényebb. Meghalt egy bérgyilkos, akit Málnás Zabrudinak hívtak.

A single mother at the age of nineteen, she supported herself with teaching and journalism in Buenos Aires, and later started publishing her works. The 1920 book Languidez, her second, won the National Literature Prize for the year. She published numerous other poetry collections over more than twenty years, exhibiting strong feminist themes.

I won’t be watching the Bundy Tapes on Netflix.

Instead I will be reading and thinking about Ted Bundy’s victims. I wonder where their movies are. I wonder why their names aren’t raised.

I wonder why we don’t hear about Lynda Ann Healy, a 21 year old psychology major about to graduate that semester. Lynda worked with handicapped children and got up early every day to report on the skiing conditions for local radio.

I wonder why we don’t hear about Debra Kent, a 17 year old aspiring social worker who was known for always having change to feed parking meters for strangers.

I wonder why we don’t hear about Susan Curtis. Susan was only 15 years old and was riding her bike to church that day. She was a star on her high school track team.

In a world filled with kind, beautiful people, I wonder why we all know Ted Bundy’s name. I wonder if that isn’t giving him and people like him exactly what he wanted. And frankly I’m sick of hearing people talk about him.

I’d like to talk about 12 year olds Lynette Culver and Kimberly Leach, neither of whom turned 13 because Ted Bundy stole their innocence and their lives from them. Kimberly had just been elected first runner up “Valentine Queen” by her peers and never got to wear that pretty new dress. Do you think her parents still have that dress, hanging in the back of a closet? I bet they do. I bet her dad sits with it in his darkest moments. You ever thought about him when you hear the name Ted Bundy?

Let’s talk about 19 year old Susan Rancourt, who had a 4.0 GPA. 17 year old Laura Aime. 18 year old Georgeann Hawkins. 23 year old Janice Ott. 26 year old Nancy Wilcox. 23 year old Caryn Campbell. 17 year old Melissa Smith. 19 year old Donna Manson, who was an excellent flute player and by all accounts a bit of a goth. 20 year old Kathy Parks. 22 year old Brenda Ball. 20 year old Lisa Levy. 21 year old Margaret Bowman. 25 year old Denise Oliverson, who had just gotten into a spat with her new husband and had gone for a walk to clear her mind. Denise weighed 105 pounds. She was bound, gagged, raped, mutilated and thrown from a fast moving car. Have you ever considered what HIS life has been like since that day? How many hours of his life do you think have been spent on the floor, clutching the ring he had given her, apologizing into thin air?

These stories are real. These people are REAL.

I get that Ted Bundy was handsome and his eyes were very blue but please. Please stop glamorizing him like this. He ended and ruined lives. Nothing about him is cool or worthy of emulation. Ted Bundy raped, tortured, mutilated and strangled over 30 females, including 12 year old girls. None of his victims weighed more than 115 pounds.

Ted Bundy was a pathetic man.

Emulate Lynda. Emulate Debra. Raise their names and their voices to those around you. Honor them. They were very real people with promising lives and futures stretched ahead of them, stolen.

Please don’t elevate or whitewash this kind of rampant violence against women. I assure you the world is harsh enough for us without a new generation thinking Ted Bundy is a cool, fascinating guy.

most libraries now allow covered drinks, and many have special areas where you’re allowed to bring something to eat. have your lunch there, it’s quiet!

Ok, lets break this down nice and simple.

Formaldehyde is from the purification of the vaccine. 99.9% of which is removed. The reason it doesn’t give a dosage is the ammount is so minuscule that it can’t be measured without going into picograms. That’s one trillionth of a gram. You breathe in more formaldehyde by driving down a busy road than in a vaccine.

Thimerosal is NOT elemental mercury, It is a molecular compound made up of carbon, hydrogen, mercury, sodium, oxygen, and sulfur. This is used as a preservative for the vaccine. Thimerosal is used in a variety of other things, like tattoo ink, facial creams, nasal sprays. It’s toxic to humans only in fairly large quantities but highly toxic to aquatic born organisms like infectious bacteria. In short, it makes sure you don’t get salmonella from a stray bacteria from the chicken embryos. As for the dosage of the Thimerosal. That is the most laughable point in this post. It says 25 mcg, that’s micrograms, or one millionth of a gram. To put this in perspective, a dollar bill weighs roughly 1 gram, the average human eyelash is around 80-90 micrograms. The box also says that it contains a 5ml (milliliter/cc) vial which leads me to my next point.

A little simple math and we find out that 25 mcg = 0.00003 ml and a little more math we find that 0.00003 ml is 0.00006% of 5 ml. Let me put this another way. By the age of 5, an American child weighs about 50-55lbs and their body contains 55 mcg of Uranium. I don’t see any kids running around with radiation sickness, so I think they’re safe with a preservative in them. TL;DR: This is like saying you don’t want your child eating their baked birthday cake because raw eggs were used to make it and you don’t want your child getting salmonella from it.
