My Roman empire is Supernatural. I will never stop thinking about it. I will never shut up about it. It defined me any ways that no other show could. I will always go back to it. I hate it but I also love it.

jannik not being anyone's protegé (big 3 or not) just cements him as the ultimate anti-hero, which, unfortunately for everyone else, just makes me love him even more. and as i always say, he's better than me because after the gazillionth weird phrasing from anyone, i would've turned into the literal antichrist to fit their narrative but he stays full-on princess diana vibes and we love him for that
More like tugging but ugh 😍
I don’t trust people who vilify Jannik Sinner. He might not be the most extroverted and he doesn’t feel the need to perform in order to be more marketable (good for him), but cmon, he is genuinely such a kind and empathetic person and there is no way to look at him and see someone cold and malicious like some people make him out to be
i really hope i won’t see any bs about Jannik losing #1 since the real highlight should be how long he was able to keep it even without playing for 3 months thanks to the abyss that he was able to put between himself and the others through all of last year. we’ll get that back in 2026 Jan, don’t worry.
But the real emotional heart of the story beats elsewhere: in the profound relationship between Joe and Nicky. And it is exactly Luca Marinelli, playing the latter, who shines with an intense and measured proof that counterpoints the fury of the action. Nicky is the comrade of a thousand battles, the serene face behind a whirlwind that doesn't stop. Marinelli brings a cutting sweetness to the screen, a way of being in the scene that makes the very idea of an immortal love believable. In a world of swords, guns and blood, he is the only one who talks about love without seeming out of place. He's not only half of an immortal couple: he is a beacon, a presence that reminds the others (and us) that it's possible to be warriors without losing the ability to love. It isn't a small thing. It's the difference between surviving and living.

Also can we highlight that within minutes of Robert and Aaron being on that bridge, Robert was using his Aaron voice.
And I am so here for it, I love that the Aaron voice is still going strong.
A line from today’s episode that really hit me was Robert talking about how ‘I never did well with disappointment’.
And he wasn’t talking about people disappointing him, he was talking about himself being the disappointment. And honestly it’s a throwaway line but I love that it’s in there because if you were to break down Robert’s character and personal issues to a single thing, it’s that.
He hates disappointing people, or feeling like he’s not doing enough. I also love that he still feels open enough to talk about it with Aaron, because Aaron has always been his safe space.
I hope and pray they do things right with Robert now he’s back and this line is absolutely key in knowing and writing who Robert is.
Also I’d like more Jack mentions and potentially Aaron sticking up for Robert when people talk about Jack, because Aaron is still the only one who knows Robert and Jacks true relationship. Think their first wedding, when Aaron distracted Diane.
‘Hey how’s life going for you right now?’
…I’m so glad you asked: Robert has come back to Emmerdale, and he’s literally the character that made me understand what bisexuality was for myself. And I’ve been playing a lot of Baldur’s Gate 3.
SoI have no space in my brain for anything else. I cannot believe Robert is back, I’ve missed him so much.
might fuck around and rewatch the entire robron storyline
Destiel is the elephant in the room. Ppl wouldn’t be so sensitive about it if it wasn’t so glaringly obvious in *both* parties. It’d be easier to shrug off as a joke or innuendo if it didn’t come off so genuinely romantic.
People deserve to feel how they want about the Trent situation.
My feelings on it are that no LFC player in red should be booed. Sing Bradley’s song, sing about Stevie, but don’t boo - it’s disrespectful to what Trent has done for us over the years and all the success we have had in part because of him.
I am all for people feeling a type of way about him. My family are very negative about him. I’m not as negative and wish him well because he’s my favourite player and I can support both Trent and the team. But I understand everyone being negative about it.
Booing his every touch is belittling everything he’s done for us and it’s not something I can agree with.
The category is men who were supposed to be bad boys and heartbreakers, but in reality are just nerds who think they are broken and not meant to be loved (they are also very fruity and very traumatised).
the real true purpose of having a brain is to think about fictional characters
