i hate fatherlessness discourse so much. luckily tumblr mostly doesnt have it. but this weird opinion that not having a father is the worst thing ever and that forcing people into stable messages would somehow solve any significant problem society has. like main stream discourse seems to be completely ignorant of the fact any person on here knows intuitively which is that fathers are often like really bad. i think that my anti-family stance is considered extreme while this pseudo-authoritarian bullshit is considered normal is insane and points to a deep perversion in the whole of global culture

every time i hear a story of divorced parents i am like "wow i am so happy these people are divorced". But the average person seems to be like "the poor child". As if having awful miserable parents is in any way better than having one parent that's kind of decent. I think if we actually cared about children we would probably want divorce rates to be higher
