I am overcome with the hubristic urge to design and sew a ball gown, by hand, and do beading embroidery on it to finish. Have I ever designed a dress from scratch? No! Have I ever done hand sewing in my life? Not since I was 8! Have I ever hand drawn an embroidery pattern? No! Is this stopping me from daydreaming about this impossible dress? Not in the least!
