Me when I do gaulish manga translations
Artist's Pixiv Profile : Nhim - pixiv I post here once every 4 months so I don't know if i've posted some already I've translated those 2 panels from Nhim (I love his art) in Gaulish, it's a reconstruction based on "Gallica Iextis Toaduissiouibi", the most advanced and "credible" Gaulish reconstruction existing actually. It was a little hard, because the vocabulary is still a little primitive (i'm doing a dictionnary of the reconstruction, i'm a 730 entries, I think I can go until 900-1100 entries with the current state of the reconstruction) If you're asking why i'm doing this, it's only because I find it funny and silly to translate things like this in Gaulish (it contradicts most of the imagery/depiction around old celtic culture, and it make me chuckle). I will try to learn other celtic languages (i'm doing Breton language rn), it shouldn't be that much of a big deal for me If I finally grasp my head and be more active on Trumblr, i'm gonna post more often my translations (because I have a ton of them) So I hope you will enjoy this translation of a those two super modern manga panels in a language that is 1500 years old
