Opened my first can of pumpkin for the season this morning and immediately made this filling AF pumpkin pie smoothie 😍😍😍 Do it: Blend together 1 frozen banana, scoop vegan protein powder (I used vega one), 3/4 cup canned pumpkin, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used silk) + pumpkin pie spice & sweetener to taste. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced pears, pecan pieces && drippy pb mixed with a little pumpkin. Devour 🙌🙌👌
